Rooms were clean. Front desk staff were ok. Just that after registering us, they just gave the room keys without further explanation on where to take the lift, WiFi password etc, so lacking in the finer points of service. Overall ok

1）Location: excellent. nearest to rail station. 2) Visibility: excellent from main road. signages or directions to lobby from rail can be improved. If coming from rail, best to access via B1. 3) Service: excellent and professional front desk. 4) Conveniece: excellent with rail, food and beverages, metro etc. all within short walking distance 5) Cleanliness: excellent 6) Room: excellent. big, spacious, well equipped with v comfortable mattress and sound proofing. nice tea and coffee provided. highly recommended.

Although we encountered some challenges during our trip, your exceptional team—especially the remarkable young lady whom I believe to be a senior supervisor or manager—immediately sprang into action, resolving our concerns swiftly and effortlessly within hours. Thanks to your professionalism and dedication, our journey was beautifully saved, allowing us to fully enjoy our stay. Beyond your impeccable service, everything about our experience was truly delightful. The room was in excellent condition, offering both comfort and elegance, while the coffee was a wonderful touch of indulgence. What truly took our breath away was the spectacular sunrise view from both the living room and bedroom—an unforgettable sight that made our mornings feel magical. Your unwavering commitment to excellence has left a lasting impression on us, and without a doubt, we will be returning to Cordis on our future visits to Shanghai. As a delightful personal touch, my daughter absolutely adores the fluffy Cody Red Panda—her new cherished bedtime companion. Nice hotel very close to Hongqiao railway station. Comfy modern room with great soundproof. Restaurants and convenience shops around the exit. Small pool and bar on the too floor.

This hotel is very near the Hongqiao train station and Hongqiao airport of Shanghai, very convenient location but also very close to shopping mall and dining area around, the hotel itself is very clean, tidy and comfortable, I highly recommend it to any travellors who need to travel by Hongqiao area.

My family was treated like royalty. Was brought to lvl 11 for express checkin when the wait at lobby got a bit long. Everything feels luxurious. Sorry I didn’t get the name of the guy that attended to us and made us feel so welcome. Staff are all very professional in attire and attitude Robot service for delivery and drinks is super convenient Best stay out of 5 accommodations I stayed this trip. Cordis is now our benchmark for a good hotel Nothing much in vicinity.

1. Room smelling like cigarette, changed to another room, and the smell was the same. Although upon checkin I told during check in that their rooms are smoke free. 2. Breakfast could be improved with more variety 3. Front desk, in a big city like Shanghai had difficulty to understand a request in English, when I asked for cutlery and they failed in deliver it to my room. 4. For those looking for accommodation near the Hongqiao Railway Station and Shanghai Hongqiao Airport, the hotel is perfectly located in walking distance from the Railway Station. However, it’s a long ride to the City Center specifically in rush hour, in my opinion.
