Entire hotel is modern and prettily designed. Location is accessible to many malls around the corner and there's a beautiful St Ignatius Cathedral next to it. Many amenities provided. Front desk also gave a set of children amenities - toothbrush set and child-size bedroom slippers. Didn't realize till too late but tea with snacks were free for guests at a certain timing and there was supper provided also from 9.30pm till late - chef preparing noodles that you prefer and select on your own from a variety of ingredients and choices. Very homely gesture yet warming for guests. Reason I found this was it was pretty close to the Shanghai South Railway station. The concierge and front desk manager helped us locate a taxi in the rain because Didi couldn't locate one. Everything was smooth and comfortable. Would highly recommend and will stay again when w get a chance.

Very modern and clean, the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room is quite spacious too and they have Dyson hair dryer too! The Chinese restaurant in level 2 is good, the food is delicious especially the peking duck They have a cafe at the lobby as well

The location is near the metro. Room is clean and comfortable. Interior is beautiful and bathroom is big. Wonderful place to stay! There is even free laundry service.

Good location at a less crowded city area full of shopping malls, food , IG worthy attractions and 5 mins from metro.

What a superb hotel room!  For my last days in Shanghai and China, I wanted to upgrade and I have no regret. The mattress was so comfortable I slept like a baby, the bathtub is great, the living room was well equipped. The location is incredible, only 7-8 min on foot from Xu Jia Hui, also super easy for taxis to pick you up or drop you off. Staff was very kind with me. I'd 100% recommend this hotel for sure. 

First: There is NO pool. Second: There is no GYM. If you book because they advertise this, it will be a bad surprise. Rooms are okay but not outstanding. Our first room was loud as it was facing the street and insulation between rooms is also bad. It also had a bad smell. We changed to another room and floor. First they wanted to give us a room with only a tiny window, but we insisted on a better view and finally got it. The staff is helpful and polite but slow and not really customer oriented: eg why don’t they hand out free breakfast as an apology for all those things going wrong? Well, can’t blame the young staff. They are nice and even speak good English but the hotel management seems to be a problem. Finally we did not extend our stay after 3 nights (planned 11 more nights) simply for these missing points one can get much better accommodation in Shanghai at a better value price point. Lesson learned: never assume the hotel description is accurate! See the place, before booking long term stays.

Good location, decent size room, lacking a table for coffee or tea, very disappointed with the swimming pool not available and it did not mention anything about it. Breakfast buffet excellent

The hotel did not inform guests about this in advance, and their website and booking platforms still show photos of the pool to attract customers. I was very disappointed as I specifically chose this place for the pool. This is something that should be clearly communicated to guests beforehand. Great location, walking distance to the shopping mall and restaurants. Will definitely book in again

Generally ok , clean and simple. However was told gym is not in operation, had to run on the street instead in 3-5 deg temperature with mild rain and wind, a new challenge of the physical limits

Nice location, nice environment, nice service
