Atour Hotel (Shanghai Hongkou Dabaishu) recensioner

Nice hotel about 20 minutes walk from Fudan University. The room was nice and spacious, bed was very comfortable and it was overall quiet. The breakfast was overall good, nice but not huge selection, including freshly cooked noodles and buffet style food. The room didn't have a fridge or coffee provided, but free coffee was available in the morning at breakfast and I got a pour over bag when I asked for it. Good place to stay near Fudan if you want a bit of exercise but don't bring stuff that needs a fridge.

This is my third time staying in this hotel. The hotel is very clean and the smoke free control is very well. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. They even help me to do the DIY washing and received packages from online shopping. I strongly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is very new and the rooms are very clean. All the staffs are very attentive and helpful, all very accommodating. I am a repeat customer here.

Very comfy hotel, nice and polite staff, nice pillow and bed. Take away delivered by robot which is very interesting and convenient!

Had a pleasant experience at the hotel, the service staff were all very polite. And there was water available at the lift areas which really helped for the summer.

1、定的無煙房，打開房間一股很濃的煙味 2、第二天房間清潔後，更換的毛巾上有明顯的污漬 3、洗手間馬桶抽水壓力不足，且衹有一個刮鬍刀專用插頭，吹風機無法在洗手間使用，很不方便

早餐蠻豐富，晚9:00以後還有粥和包子，對於天冷的上海，非常友好。 建議酒店多買兩台洗衣機，去的時候洗衣機總是滿的，這樣肯定也不會按時消毒，希望酒店多買幾台洗衣機😉

設施：設施太老啦，進酒店大堂還有一段樓梯要爬，對着提着一堆大包小包行李的人來説很不友好，雖然有服務鈴，但是體驗感會很差。淋浴間很簡陋，是塑料底不是很可靠的樣子。空調是老式的中央空調，在製冷檔温度根本降不下來，太冷了。房間挺大的，比較滿意。隔音還湊合，隔壁房間開門關門的聲音能聽見，其他還可以。 服務：我是下午兩點左右退房的，前台小姐姐主動問了住宿體驗，反饋後主動送了一些小東西。離開還要提着一堆行李下樓梯，説了一下需要幫忙，小姐姐快速響應馬上就來了，也沒説讓旁邊的男生前台來。半夜要一杯熱水，前台小姐姐也是一口應下，沒有猶豫的。服務感打滿分。
