All good! Hotel and beach very good! Food is good. Location is good.

Проживали пару дней, но мы в восторге, жили в спорте, но пользовались Инфинити бассейном и пляжем фронта! На ужин дали морепродукты, персонал приветливый)

Resepsiyonda ilk karşılama oldukça kabaydı ancak restorant ve oda temizliği ***et iyiydi. Kahvaltı yeterli ve Yemekler lezzetliydi

Плюсы: 1) Очень классная территория. Прям круто. 2) Тёплый бассейн 3) Активности типа водного пола инициированные отелем по расписанию. Я попал на матч русских против египтян :) 4) Есть ванная в номере - и там реально хороший напор и реально горячая вода. 5) Музыка на ужине "качает" и кто поёт тоже - "качает", но народ как тюлень это слушает и вайба тусовки не происходит. Здесь плюс отелю за то, что несмотря на полное отсутствие реакции слушателей - музыка и вокал хороши и создают эффект. 6) Есть спортзал. Не бог весть какой - но есть. Средне: 1) Шведский стол не фонтан, но и не ужас. См. Минусы Минусы: 1) Room Service - самое гадкая и отвратительная еда, которая только возможна. Если в шведском столе ещё можно выбрать то, что тебе подойдет с внешним видом - то Room Service - это полный адище. Визуально на картинках и по составу это ок, но по факту - это просто гадость и не соответствующая составу. Если собираетесь в отель - раскошеливайтесь на полный пансион, потому что на Room Service рассчитывать вообще нельзя. Ну либо кушайте вне отеля. 2) Также не понравилось отношение персонала. 2.1) С одной стороны просто сильно бесило, что на "только завтраке" нужно платить за напитки и вкусняшки в баре - но может оно так и должно быть. Хотя осадочек остался. Как-то так это ощущалось, как будто несмотря на то, что я за все готов заплатить сверху - все равно как будто я не Welcome и ко мне относятся с подозрением. Докупить 1 прием обеда при неполном пансионе стоило 550 фунтов. Ужин - еще дороже - где-то 700 (ни разу не сходил). 2.2) Ну и когда просто надо было допринести воду в номер или чай - приходилось напоминать несколько раз. И в конце уже идти на ресепшн, чтобы донесли эту чертову воду. И даже если приносили с первого раза - надо было прям долго ждать. А если прийти и поагрессировать, - то приносили через 5 минут. 3) В номере банально темно. Люстры нет - есть только 3 светильника. И при этом один из них надо отключать, потому что он на той же розетке, что и чайник. Хочешь погреть воду - имей ещё меньше света. Вечерами это было некомфортно.

The sports hotel is lovely and clean. Food was great even for a picky eater like me and my son. Hotel staff are so friendly most of all waiters Sammy and abdo are absolutely they made our stay a 10 of 10!!!! I also recommend booking a snorkeling trip with barakat very reasonable prices and the staff on the boat were incredible. Even the captain took the time to point out string rays. The whole day was one to remember

Today I visited the hotel Concorde Salam sport, I want to express my gratitude to Amer❤️❤️, very clean room, well-kept bathroom, everything is at the highest level, the sea is not far away, 10 minutes walk, you can also get there by bus which runs every 5 minutes, the food is very tasty, a large selection. The hotel is very good, I recommend it

The hotel is very conveniently located from Soho Square, a great evening shopping centre. It is also located close to the partner hotel, which has other amenities. The buffet was good, but there was a lack of soft drink refill stations (waiters had to come round and bring them to you, but did not happen regularly) and the food was very repetitive and not always to the liking of everyone. 90% of adults ate from the kids buffet because it had chicken tenders and fries every day so most people were trying to get 10% of the food. The room was conveniently located by the pool. The room needs a main light, as it is only lit by lots of small lights. This means the room is always very dark and as we were ground floor, to maintain privacy, we had to keep our curtains closed. Also 1 socket was not working, meaning we only had 1 socket available to us. The hotel itself is very nice, but when we were checking in, we were given no information about the hotel. We had no idea when food times were, no clue where anything was located around the hotel, no maps available and were not informed that there was a shuttle to the other hotel until we asked. It made the first days of our stay really tough to find our feet. Also bookings for tennis and squash were not done through our hotel but the other one, something we were not told until we asked at reception. It was a very frustrating experience because this could have been easily overcome by a map with all of the information and layout of the hotel. Sunbeds were nearly impossible to get as people would lay them out at 7am and not come back to them until 11am which needs to be addressed. It took us until the 4th day to get any sunbeds at all. Last thing I would mention is that the staff are really friendly and helpful, but some staff really are quite overbearing and pushy. This was quite uncomfortable at times. Initially, we thought it was nice they were trying hard to impress us, but there were certain staff who pestered us multiple times a day, following us across the hotel and making it very clear they wanted a tip, which we were happy to do if they did not pester us as much as they did. This made us not want our room cleaned, as we knew that it would mean we would have to have more interactions with some of the more pushy staff in the hotel.

The service was very friendly and staff always went above and beyond for our son. The food was very delicious and they had a different variety each night alongside entertainment. I would personally like to mention and thank Mr/yasser Ahmed, Mr Alaa Abo bakr, Alaa Hamdy and Chef Maged. Thanks for all of you Guys and hope see you soon

Room was clean and cleaner helpful , resort is not as nice as the other hotel that you can use but you have to get a bus to there its 20 mins walk from hotel to beach wouldn’t stay there again definitely would use ground hotel again , not a lot to do around there no old town or local Egyptians just all created for holiday makers good if you like shopping
