Hotel location is near to Dhoby Ghaut MRT station, eateries. Very convenient. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

Everything is good although the hotel is not so new. But one big issue is that the sound insulation. It’s clearly to hear that people speaking in the corridor, opening and closing the doors.

The hotel is good, but I can’t cancel the booking, and the hotel is not responding. I booked this hotel one hour before I submitted the cancellation. There is no service for canceling or changing the date.

During our April stays at YMCA ..there was a front desk staff name Mr Eiviva who was very cheerful and greeted us with a *Big smile* and we were impressed that he could remember us as a repeat guest . Though rooms here only get to clean twice a week ..we were happy with Ms Azizah a senior staff from housekeeping as always she did a fantastic job and the room was meticulously clean..our thanks to her team staff too..
YMCA is located at a Superb convenience location 10mins to Shopping malls Train station minutes to Spore most Famous malls with all *Top Branded bags namely Hermes Louis Vuitton Rolex watches n many more ...Also many yummy Local food ,Western n Japanese food that One cannot resist ..
Thank you to all the staff of YMCA ..Keep it Up!

When I booked this hotel I thought we stayed there before and were confident because of the great location. When arriving we didn’t recognize it and found out later that we stayed in the YWCA last time nearby which is a better hotel. The room in YMCA is small and there is no tooth paste/brush and only one gel dispenser in the shower - not sure what it is - shampoo or body wash. The walls are very thin, we heard every word of our neighbors. Thankful to have a hot water kettle in the room. No slippers. When using the pool you need to get a key card at lobby first as the room key doesn’t work. Staff is kind and very helpful.

Great location, super near to MRT station and the room is decent size. Maybe they can upgrade the mattress and the TV, it's really old. Overall it's fine for me.

Reception staff make all the difference! Very highly professional staff.
Gym is good with lots of equipment for weight training and has an excellent gym mentor that is professional bodybuilder and gives complimentary tips.
Location is convenient.
Environment is peaceful.
Good vibes at this place- have stayed here many many times and is always impressive.
