K Hotel 8

This hotel location is red lights street... I everyday saw ********🤣 They don't touch me, but they always watching me. And To be honest, I can't say it's clean. There was a lot of hair on the new towels and pillows. And no dryer, no refrigerator, no bodywash. Only toothbrush, small water and aircon. But in Singapore, This hotel really cheaper, staffs all very kind. So I was OK with it. But, I never come again, sorry

The place is actually nice and is near to 7/11 and some cheap restaurants to eat.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The moment we walked in, there was a horrible smell at the entrance. The bed was dirty and uncomfortable, and to make things worse, it was infested with bed bugs—I ended up with over 30 bites that were red, itchy, and incredibly irritating. The soundproofing was awful. We could hear people talking and walking in the hallways all night long. On top of that, the bathroom was smelly, and the plumbing was a nightmare. Every time someone in another room used the bathroom or flushed the toilet, we could hear loud water noises that didn’t stop until they were done. Even showering was unpleasant because of the constant noise from the pipes. The whole room was filthy. The towels were dirty and basically useless. And to top it off, the receptionist was rude and unhelpful. Honestly, the entire place was a disaster—dirty, noisy, and just not a place anyone should stay. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place completely! I am extremely disappointed with my stay at K Hotel 8. Even my face got a few redness, I strongly urge the management to address these problems immediately. Guests deserve a clean and safe environment, and I hope future visitors do not face the same issues. Very bad experience with Trip.com K Hotel 8!
