Hôtel sympa a 10 minutes a pied du centre. Le quartier n'est pas dangereux contrairement à ce que j'ai lus. En revanche le wifi est lent le peu de moment où il fonctionne. En ce qui concerne le nettoyage c'est du nettoyage de surface a mon arrivé le drap avait une tâche il y avait également une petite giclée de sang sur le rideau, sans compter que sous le lit ça n'a jamais était nettoyé énormément de poussière et une paire de chaussettes noir oublié par un client avant moi

Scortesia, incompetenza, mancanza di professionalità e menefreghismo verso il cliente sono le parole d'ordine di questo hotel terribile. All'arrivo in serata mi hanno imposto di attendere nella reception che arrivasse sul loro computer la conferma da trip.con della prenotazione.... anche tutta la notte se fosse stato necessario. Questo nonostante avessi già fornito il numero di prenotazione arrivato sul mio smartphone e avessero già visto il messaggio della mia banca del pagamento eseguito....INCOMPETENTI. Dopo una attesa per fortuna non lunghissima (grazie a trip.com che ha inviato subito la conferma sul loro computer), finalmente mi hanno dato una camera. Sorpresa, nella tazza del water scorreva acqua a fiumi ed ho dovuto chiudere il rubinetto generale. Sporco un po' ovunque nel bagno e il letto era rifatto con lenzuola corte tant'è che si vedeva il materasso.... Sconsigliatissimo per chiunque non voglia avere a che fare con la stupidità umana e con la sporcizia... PS Quando ho avvisato dei problemi in camera, il ragazzo alla reception mi ha risposto dicendomi CHE IO DOVEVO AVVISARE il giorno dopo il suo collega dei vari problemi trovati 😱😱😱. Incredibile, mai avuto a che fare con hotel così incompetenti in vita mia....

It's located near the Train Station that's why we booked it. But we never used the train (or tram) because we liked to walk, that way we could see more of Sofia. We did use taxis at some point and taxis are cheap in Bulgaria. The hotel was small but the our room had a big space. It's not luxurious but it's not cheap looking at all. The room was facing the street. That entire side facing the street was floor to ceiling glass. Heating was great. On our first night, some ladies next to our room came really late (or was it early morning) and made a lot of noise. It was the weekend so we figured they were coming from some party. But during weekdays, no issue with noise at night because Sofia is a quiet city at night. Bathroom was also spacious with heater. Room had mini-bar. We had some sodas and wasn't expensive like most hotel would charge. Food for breakfast was great. I also ordered some lunch from the restaurant and was good, big serving. Everyone spoke English or can express themselves in English, unlike in most of Europe. Communicating with them was not a problem.

We spent two nights at this hotel. Good location; very close to the metro station. Staff was very cooperative when we faced an issue and had to change rooms twice. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had good options. Free parking was very convenient.

Horrible. Please, avoid this place. Should be called: can’t be bothered. Upon arrival - elevator not working. Been handled a keys by receptionist and told that we have room on the 4th floor (my older mother, two years old and myslef). Only because I asked, they helped us with big suitcase (as we had hands full of stuff). And room itself was overheated:( not possible to open the window!!! And not possible to switch the heating off!! Also not possible to lower temperature by air conditioning!! Stuff downstairs couldn’t care less. First night my daughter was waking up every half and hour and I didn’t sleep, I was keep opening room door to the corridor to have some fresh air! I complained so they told me that we can move to another room next night (where windows can be open). And we had to move ourself - was told to bring our belongings downstairs and was sitting in the reception all day (while we were out) and nobody cared to move it. After all the hustle we entered new room and again all windows shut, heating on full!! Outside over 20 degrees. We slept with windows open and heating was running. Absolutely unpleasant stay. Hotels looks like run by bunch of teenagers and manager who obviously doesn’t give a monkey about guests. Only one good point can be clean room but it’s not enough to sleep. Please, do not stay there!

Toilet was broken, from shower cabin there was a lot of water outside after bath. TV supposed to have Internet but was not possible to connect to the Internet. Also from my phone I couldn't connect. In the morning cleaning ladies started to clean rooms around 7am. They made so much noise, brake some glasses, talk to each other without thinking for a second that some guest may want to sleep. I will not repeat a stay in this hotel for sure. Price is not relevant to the low quality.

The hotel is located just several minutes away from the main train and bus stations. Rooms are large and double bed is huge. Some elements in the room might be impractical for some people but certainly not disastrous (basically a wet room and not a shower with curtains, low bed and sofa, huge windows that can open just a little bit) but overall it's a very good value and we are glad for staying there in spite of negative reviews. Receptionists in both shifts were friendly and helpful. We stayed in two rooms: the room overlooking the boulevard with trams might be noisy for some people while the other room, facing the backyard of the hotel, was perfectly calm. The access to the city center is easy, either on foot or using public transport.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS NIGHTMARE OF A "HOTEL". You will regret going there as they do not live up to promises of refunding you despite several promises to do so. Further there are bugs in the room and it is very unhealthy to stay there for just one night. Not healthy room for people who have difficulties breathing normally. NEVER GO THERE it's and not Clean!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is located very close to the main train station of Sofia, around 15 minutes walk from the center. But there is a metro stop 50 meters away, so access is very easy for those who don't like walking. Big room, huge bed, clean with all accessories needed for a comfortable stay. Satisfactory buffet breakfast, covers the basic needs. The staff at the reception are very kind and helpful. The very demanding people may be disturbed by the tram that passes outside and can be heard slightly in the front rooms, which I happened to stay. (in my case it did not disturb). It was a random choice that I was happy with, and if someone doesn't want a hotel in the city center I think it's an ideal choice.

They refused to cancel my order and refund me, Because I am from Israel and there is ongoing war in my country and I cannot fly there despite my will because all the flights have been canceled. At a time like this, instead of showing empathy and consideration, they show their true and anti-Semitic face. shame on you.

We booked this hotel as our first hotel in Sofia was awful. We were greeted by a really friendly receptionist who could not have been more friendly and helpful during our stay. Our large business room had King Size bed and full length window overlooking the city. Lovely and clean with air con and wet room. Large wardrobes and fridge plus tea and coffee. Breakfast had really good variety of items and constantly being replenished. We ate mostly outside. Some of the area around looks a little scruffy but so handy for railway, bus station, trams and metro.

we booked this 4 star hotel because we were looking for a hotel with Spa and gym. let's start from the fact that the gym is small and dirty, no towel, nothing. the Spa has been closed since 2019 without any notice at the time of booking. the hotel (which is more of an apartment building) has rooms with broken air conditioning and windows that do not open which create a hood with the sun, non-existent staff who do not come to clean, blackout curtains shorter than normal and therefore light that enters at dawn. reception staff who do not even have water to give you on request, a crap that is not worth 4 stars.

recently stayed here, rooms nice and spacious , nice and modern , very close to bus/train station, well stocked mini bar, 20 minute walk into centre, no luggage store which would of been handy , all in all met my basic needs for a night
