"Initially, I would train the staff who receive travelers, as the person who greeted us never gave us the restaurant's hours, and when we went to eat, it was already closed. They didn't tell us how to use the card to turn on the lights. If we hadn't asked someone from maintenance, we wouldn't have even known. It was a suite, and the TV and the door key didn't work. Terrible service! I felt ripped off paying for such an expensive room and finding everything broken."

"We booked a week at the hotel with a sea view. The hotel itself is great, however, the housekeeping and cleanliness are lacking. The cleaning staff didn't come regularly, despite the sign we put on the door requesting cleaning. They didn't take out the trash. They didn't remove any dirty glasses or cups, meaning we couldn't wash the dishes. And under the bed, it was full of dust. It's a shame."
