"Ett hotell med en fantastisk upplevelse. När vi tog en taxi till hotellets entré hjälpte conciergen Xiao Li oss entusiastiskt att öppna dörren och bära vårt bagage. Han var väldigt varm och artig.
Flickan i receptionen gav också mycket bra service. Hon frågade proaktivt om hon skulle ta med toalettartiklar och tog även med sig speciella till barnen.
Rummet var rent och snyggt
Middagsbuffén har inte många kategorier, men den smakar gott och servicepersonalen är mycket omtänksam. West Lake nötköttssoppan är utsökt, de stekta nudlarna är utsökta och barnen gillar den väldigt mycket. Eftersom jag inte äter vitlök själv, frågade en lång dam till och med kocken om det fanns vitlök i kycklingfötterna och sa till honom, tummen upp!
Leverans nästa dag är också mycket bra. Allt som allt en tillfredsställande vistelse! Jag kommer att välja här igen nästa gång jag flyger."

"Vi valde detta hotell på chans, utan att ha kollat upp något i förväg, eftersom vi trodde att det låg nära platsen för flaggceremonin. Det visade sig att läget var fantastiskt! Direkt från flygplatsen kom vi till Qianmen Street, som var otroligt livlig med massor av kreativa butiker – barnen älskade det. Bara tre minuters promenad bort fanns Quanjude, Donglaishun och Fangzhuan Factory Zhajiangmian. Dashilar var också fullt av liv, och tunnelbanan var superbekväm. Receptionen var så hjälpsam och uppgraderade vårt rum, och vi förlängde vår vistelse med en natt eftersom läget var så perfekt. Barnen sa att de vill komma tillbaka hit nästa gång! 😁"

"The hotel feels like home.. Complete with all you need.. They provide washing machine, kettle, water heater and aircond function well.. The room feels warm and it's great expecially during winter.. And they also provide hanging rack on top of 2nd bed or near window to hang you wet cloth after washing.
Check in process is smooth. Also the hotel is near to the subway around 10 min by walking.
Cons: The toilet quite smelly , not sure where they come from.. I tried to put some soap to clean up but unable to reduce the smell.. Hope the management can do something on the toilet.."

"Vi bodde på Elong R. Yun Hotel och hade en mycket bra upplevelse. Hotellet är bekvämt, rent och servicen är välorganiserad.
Personalen är artig och lugn, deras kommunikation är artig och diskret, och alla problem löses snabbt och professionellt.
Jag vill särskilt nämna frukostarna – varierade, färska och verkligen utsökta, med ett bra urval av både välkända och lokala rätter.
Ett stort plus är den kostnadsfria flygplatstransfern, vilket är mycket bekvämt efter en flygning.
Sammantaget ger hotellet en känsla av trygghet och komfort; vi skulle gärna bo här igen."

"Mysigt och rent rum, men jag kommer inte tillbaka hit igen. Trots att det är nära flygplatsen var det problematiskt att nå hotellet (om du anländer till PEK flygplats vid midnatt, var beredd på kaos och buller när du beställde taxi via Didi från flygplatsen). Efter att ha anlänt till hotellet fanns det ingen i receptionen och efter 5 minuter dök en kvinna i receptionen upp. Incheckningsprocessen var lite lång, eftersom vi var utlänningar var vi tvungna att fylla i information som namn, flygnummer för in- och utresa från Peking, destination och så vidare. Generellt sett är hotellet trevligt, men att ta sig dit var hemskt enligt min mening. När kunder anländer trötta vid midnatt antar jag att det skulle vara bekvämare att checka in snabbare och fråga om alla detaljer vid utcheckningen."

"Cleanliness, location and service were all top notch!
Our only complaints would be directed at the pool and laundry machines. The pool is not open late at night or early morning, which renders it unusable for most transit visitors. The same could be said about the laundry machines since the washing cycles lasted for way over an hour and the dryer over 2 hours for a normal load. That's close to 4 hours total, which is in transit situations almost undoable."

"The room were clean and tidy, our cleaning lady keep fulfilling the stocks in our room, the staff also helpful.
Location is lil bit far from the city center but still in a nice neighborhood era.
And most importantly they have a heating floor and ceiling that keeps u warm even the weather is -4.

"Det var en blandning av rumstypen som vi bokade via Trip.com vilket ledde till att vi fick det felaktiga rummet vid ankomsten (ganska gammalt och daterat). Efter att ha flyttat till en andra rumstyp som inte heller matchade bilderna på vår bokning, kunde vi flytta till rätt rum den andra dagen av vår vistelse, eftersom tydligen inga rum som matchade vår bokning fanns tillgängliga när vi kom. Det här rummet var trevligt och rymligt, med ett terrasserat område utanför. Frukosten var rimlig, med massor av alternativ. Takterrass var också trevlig och drinkar var ett bra pris. Sängarna var bekväma och läget var bra för Forbidden City och enkel tillgång till resten av staden - nära tunnelbanan."

"I really enjoyed staying at this hotel! We stayed at the hotel from October 17 to October 21, 2025. The hotel is located in the historic district of Beijing, next to the pink metro line - Temple of heaven East gate, it is very convenient to get to the city centre. The neighbourhood itself is very quiet, no noise at night😮💨
A beautiful and cosy lobby where you can pour tea, coffee or water. The staff is very polite, speaks English well, helped us with everything, thank you very much for your work🫶🏻. The room was clean, no smell of cigarettes, as they write about many other hotels, there is a TV, air conditioning, kettle, bottled water, towels and slippers! Once we had breakfast at the hotel, the price is democratic and it was very tasty! There were steamed buns with meat, vegetables, noodles, rice with vegetables, meat and drinks to choose from.
We were very happy 🥰"
