We had a great two night stay at the Magi house. Luca was so awesome and helpful. He was super friendly and had such an adorable laugh. We stayed in the Mediterranean suite, it’s a two story full apartment with a kitchenette and. Huge bathroom for European standards. The bed upstairs was a bit hard for us but some may prefer that. Breakfast was included and was great with awesome service as well. You are steps away from all the shops and restaurants and very close to the lift or stairs down to the beach.

Ideal location in the heart of Sorrento's old town. Restaurants and shops on the doorstep and a 2-minute walk to the path and lift down to the beach clubs. Our room - the penthouse - was a little smaller than the website's photos suggested. But it was beautifully presented (bottle of Prosecco included) and spotlessly clean. The beds were short, but comfortable. The private terrace was a good size and a suntrap. Breakfast was a treat. Huge selection of fruit, pastries, cheese and ham, freshly squeezed orange juice, and eggs cooked to order. All eaten on the roof terrace with a view over the town to Vesuvius. The staff were excellent - uniformly friendly and helpful. Luca and Laura were especially impressive. The air conditioning unit in our room broke on the second night of our stay. A new unit was installed within 36 hours and we were transferred to a suite in the meantime. Without fuss, we received appropriate compensation for the inconvenience. At short notice, the hotel also booked a boat trip to Capri for us. It turned out to be the highlight of a wonderful week in Sorrento.

Lovely place right in the center of the historical zone of Sorrento. Smiling staff, clean room and good breakfast. Easy to walk to the beach and restaurants at the Marina Grande.. Or just walk 1 min. than go down by lift to the beaches in Marina Piccola. Or take a ferry to Capri island .

Great location. You walk out, and you’re in the midst of old Sorrento. They are apartment suites. We had the Vesuvius. There’s no elevator, but they can help you with your bags. Vesuvius was on the first floor. Comes with a queen bed and two twin sofa beds. They were comfortable. Even though it was two stories, it felt smallish. The bathroom is small. There is no shower door, so the water does spill out. We didn’t get conditioner, but they dropped off a big bottle of conditioner when we requested it. Breakfast was excellent, and certain items were made to order. There is no pool. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful - shout out to Laura and Luca. Also, the way the hotel is, you don’t get dropped off in front of it since it’s located on a small but popular pedestrian street.

We stayed at Magi House for a week for our honeymoon and we couldn’t recommend it more. First of all the location is perfect for absolutely everything, with loads of nice restaurants and bars, and the beach/port only a minutes walk away. Upon arrival we were greeted with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco for celebrating our wedding, which was a lovely gesture from the team. The room was also spotless and the cleaners were in every day, which was great! The team also couldn’t have been more helpful, if it came to picking and booking restaurants, they definitely know the places to eat, so please do take their recommendations! We wouldn’t think twice about staying here again, and already contemplating booking up for next year! Thank you for having us.

Magi House is the perfect place to stay in Sorrento. The staff Rosana, Luca and Laura communicated with us before we arrived, organising tours for us and making sure we had everything we needed. The ladies serving breakfast on the roof terrace were lovely, remembering our favourites each morning. The building is old and the rooms all individual, we had a double bed on a mezzanine with a sofa bed and kitchenette and bathroom, cozy but perfect for four of us. The location is on a street with lots of shops and restaurants and just 2 minutes walk to the steps to the beach clubs and harbour where ferries come in. We spent 7 days there and went on day trips on the train which is 10 minutes walk away. We loved it and you will too!

This place is fantastic. The staff is super friendly, the rooms are immaculate and the breakfast buffet is outrageous with pastries, cakes, fruits, juices, and cook to order foods and many other items. Great location and very quiet at night. The staff also helped us with travel plans and bookings if needed. Also their restaurant is right across the street and fantastic as well. You need to stay here if in Sorrento.

It's no wonder that the Magi House has such fantastic reviews. We loved our stay there. The staff were all so kind and helpful, customer service is first class, and nothing was too much trouble for Rosanna and the rest of the team. The hotel is very clean and well organised. We had the penthouse room which opens onto the stunning roof terrace where breakfast is served - what a treat! There was a complimentary bottle of prosecco waiting for us on arrival and dainty biscuits beautifully boxed up on our pillows. Tea, coffee and cake are available all day and evening in the reading lounge and towels are available for the beach. The hotel is perfectly placed in the heart of Sorrento. We would love to go back one day!
