What I like: 1. Location is convenient. Near many of the places we wanted to explore and visit in Shenzhen 2. Room was clean and spacious as well. 3. Nice and friendly staff 4. Love the room. Smart tech fitted, with a smart toilet and bidet 5. Like that the shower and toilet are segregated 6. Can do laundry and detergent is provided 7. There's a small exercise area with a walking pad, steps and dumbbells if you wanna work out There's a porridge supper from 8pm-12am There's a lot of food options nearby Negatives: 1. Not a major problem but there's no drop off/pick up point for cars. Need to watch for traffic when crossing to get to the didi. But I realize it's quite common in China for mid range hotels. 2. Room soundproofing was ok, mostly quiet when we stayed. Day time can hear the car horns, but night time is nice and quiet, great for sleep

Först av allt, är platsen för hotellet mycket bra på nedervåningen. Sängkläderna är mycket bekväma, det finns en CD-spelare med vitt brus, toaletten är separerad från vått och torrt, och toalettartiklar är också mycket kompletta och hotellmiljön är också mycket bra kom till lobbyn, jag hade en lågmäld och elegant känsla. Damen i receptionen hälsade mig varmt och artigt och jag är mycket nöjd med den snabba service som erbjuds gästerna.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The customer service was outstanding, staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. The rooms and facilities were exceptionally clean, making the stay very comfortable. The location is unbeatable at a good rate, get upgrade after my first day, just steps away from the Shenzhen electronics market, so you can walk straight into the heart of the market. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shenzhen for business or leisure.

Quite a decent hotel with very friendly service. Facilities are good except the remote for the TV (unable to switch channels or basically anything!). The hotel provides desserts every night for guests and it's sent to the room by robots. Quite a comfortable stay with many eateries nearby and even a TCM massage a few shops away.

(Vietnamese below) We truly value customer experience, and we had an excellent stay at Summer. Check-in: The receptionist (the girl with glasses) was able to communicate in English, and she was incredibly friendly and kind. She guided us very enthusiastically. The lobby on the 3rd floor is beautifully designed. There’s even a gym area, as well as self-service washing machines, dryers, and an ironing station right in the common space, very impressive. The waiting area is also nicely decorated with books, making it a perfect spot for photos. The room and bed were extremely spacious and comfortable. One thing we especially appreciated was that the hotel provided two key cards per guest, and even kept one card inserted in the room to maintain electricity. So when we went out, the room still had power for charging our devices, such a thoughtful detail. Breakfast had a good variety of dishes. The hotel is located in a central area. Right next door are Luckin and Starbucks, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It’s also close to a market, so it’s perfect for evening walks, shopping for souvenirs, and enjoying a relaxing foot massage. Just step outside, turn left, and within a few steps you’ll reach the metro station, extremely convenient. This was our last stop before flying home and was the most disappointing of all 6 places we stayed at during our two weeks in China. We had high expectations of Orange hotel as the one we stayed at in Emeishan （峨眉山) was splendid and beautiful, which added to our disappointment when we stayed here. One big callout is that the hotel shares the same building with other businesses including a medical insurance facility, and there are only 2 lifts servicing the whole building with 30 floors! It was such a frustrating long wait each time we wanted to go up or down, especially during peak hours (coincidentally also the period hotel guests usually go have breakfast and go out). The first room we got was not clean and really small compared to the photos advertised online. Apparently they have a lot of different room types all classified as the same type online, so make your requests / preferences clear when booking. I also empathise with the staff. They tried their best in being accommodating and responsive but it was obvious that they were understaffed due to the high volume of guests and all having their personal requests. Interactions with them were generic, and we did not feel the warmth and personalised service we received from staff at other hotel chains. Breakfast was quite nice, above average with some good options but nothing much to shout about. They have 2 washing machines and 2 dryer machines for guests to use, which we didn't get to use due to the high number of guests staying there However, its location is very convenient and only 2-3 mins on foot to the nearest MRT station. We chose to stay here due it's close proximity to Futian station (only 15mins on high speed rail to Hong Kong). All in all, I would avoid this Orange hotel (and actually all other Orange hotels) in the future, with so many other better options to choose from.

Vi var tvungna att äta dessa på rummet, vilket var en överraskning. Dessutom var rumsservicen bra. I korridoren fanns det flera byggarbetsplatser där arbete utfördes, vilket gav en konstig utsikt och en bygglukt. Det var ofta bullrigt på natten.

Det är litet för ett kinesiskt hotell, men det är tillräckligt rymligt jämfört med japanska affärshotell, så det är inga problem. Rummet var också rent. Det finns dock många restauranger runt området, men de är alla lokala. Problemet är att ① Håret som har samlats i badrumsavloppet kasseras inte. Det är bra om det är ditt eget hår, men håret på personen som stannade natten innan lämnades kvar. Kanske har jag glömt att göra mig av med den av en slump, men det var mycket av det, så jag mådde inte bra. ②Jag stannade i 3 nätter, och även om det inte var där den första dagen, när jag kom tillbaka från att gå ut den andra dagen, hittade jag ett långt hårstrå under handfatet, som uppenbarligen tillhörde städerskan. Men den tredje dagen var bra. ③Detta kan vara en förfrågan endast för japaner, men jag hoppades på ett kylskåp och en washlet. ④Jag gjorde en bokning med frukost inkluderad, men även om frukosten inte hade så mycket variation, hade den det nödvändigaste och smakade bra, så det var inga problem med det, men det skulle vara trevligt om de anställda också kunde äta den Jag tror att det var en sanitär fråga att maten togs för hand, som en pick-me-up, utan att använda ätpinnar. This is my second time booking this hotel. Room is very clean. Location is perfect. Subway station right outside and walking distance to attractions. Just make sure stay away from their basic room like the one I booked the first time (Which was too small). This time I have booked their upgraded room and had no issue at all.

Stayed here a short time, but was satisfied with the room. The staff were very responsive when we had a problem with the router (I needed to turn it off and on again to make it work). Wifi worked well, shower had hot water, soap and shampoo, I did not use the kitchenette at all. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Be aware that you will not find the place without watching the video—the building is very close to the station, but the way to the place is like a maze, and sometimes the road seems blocked. After you find it, it’s super convenient! Would stay again, 5/5 stars.
