The room was spacious, the bed was comfy and the hotel location was good. Very close to a metro station or walking distance to some of the main touristic attractions. The breakfast was a homemade buffet style and everything tasted nice and fresh. Coming from a warm place I struggled with the cold temperature the first night so I requested an extra blanket during the second day on my stay and they promptly gave it to me. Surprisingly enough, when I came back to the room on the third day, I noticed that the staff not only left the bed prepared with the extra duvet from the previous night, but also brought a heater to make the room warmer for the rest of my stay. I was really touched with the gesture.

Perfect for Solo traveler who wants a comfortable, clean and quiet place to rest after a day of exploring the city. Communication is easy thru WhatsApp and hassle free. Externally it may look a bit rundown but it was cozy inside and safe. Just off from the Main Street, close to many cafes, restaurants and grocery stores. Easily walk to Old town and surrounding area. Bus stop within 2-3 mins walk, directly opposite the Opera House’s takes you directly to Airport at only 1Gel!

Pros: - the room is big, clean and well equiped - very comfortable mattress - the owners are friendly and helpful - there is a rooftop where you can see the whole city (it seems to be under construction) - breakfast is simple but had everything we need (just missed the Georgian Bread though) I have no cons, just some observations: - the hotel is in an steep area (I think is not easy for elderly people), but you can always use Bolt - 15 minutes walk from the begining of the central area - Wifi was very unstable on cellphones, but worked perfectly on my laptop. It is a very good place to stay in Tbilisi.

I would not recommend this hotel although it has good location. There is another hotel nearby just 2 mins walk. I booked a suite room but it looks just like a standard double room. Toilet were small, room aircond were warm (in summer time). We asked for stand fan but the staff were not helpful and have to call the manager to explained the situation. There are no common spaces, everywhere is private so the only place you can actually stay is inside your room. I need to changed check out date due to plan change, but was rejected (not flexible). Overall, not a comfortable hotel experience. By the way, if you are a smoker, there is no proper non-smoking area — the only smoking spot is right at the entrance, which is very inconvenient.

My stay at the Hotel Imperial House in Georgia left much to be desired. While I appreciated the helpfulness of the information desk staff who assisted me with a currency converter – that was a genuine plus – the rest of the experience was unfortunately subpar. For two travelers, the complete absence of room service during our entire stay was a significant letdown and certainly not what one expects from a hotel. To add to this, my request to have the bed split into two single beds prior to our arrival was completely ignored. This oversight impacted our comfort and overall experience. While the location might have its merits, the lack of essential services and unfulfilled requests make it difficult to recommend the Hotel Imperial House. I hope they take these points into consideration for future guests.

Хороший номер, чисто, но двери тонкие, все что происходит в коридоре очень слышно. Но все посетители были спокойные так что редкий шум разговора на ресепшене не мешал, спали сладко, подушек много, кровать удобная

The room was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The twin beds were comfortable, and basic amenities were in place. The hotel being alcohol-free and offering private parking was a big plus for us. It's ideal for families or travelers who prefer a quiet and respectful environment. The on-site restaurant was convenient, though the menu could use a bit more variety. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. Staff were polite and responsive, though some improvement in English communication would enhance the guest experience for international travelers. Great value for the price (AED 198.86 for 2 nights), especially considering the location and overall cleanliness. Would recommend it for short stays or business travelers looking for a quiet, budget-friendly option. Suggestions: Adding more lighting in the room and offering complimentary water bottles would be a nice touch.

Hotellet ligger längs vägen från centrum av Tbilisi till Tbilisi internationella flygplats. Taxi / Bolt-anslutning är mycket enkel och kostade mig 17Lari från flygplatsen. Klockan 3.30 på morgonen var jag tvungen att vänta ca 15 minuter för att någon av hotellet öppnar dörren och tillåter mig att checka in. Hotellet är enkelt, vete med varmt vatten, schampo, tandborste, tandborste och tvål tillgänglig. När jag kom, bad jag att köpa en flaska vatten och de berättade att det inte var möjligt och att jag kunde dricka vatten från hytten. Ideal för en natt, men inte längre.
