"Location of the hotel is good, yet hotel it self is an old building, if you dont like dirty carpet and old style building then i suggest you to go elsewhere. I didnt mind taking the price option, it was the lowest in the area. Checking in and check out process was a bit confusing, pretty much no one is there to help you but fully automated by kiosk. Which i didnt know prior to arriving and waited at counter for some time. It would be better if there was a clear explanation made before arriving."

"Located very close to famous myeongdong street. Very close to bus stop and myeondong teain station. Easy if use aiport limousine bus from incheon bcause the stop just 80 m from entrance. A list of halal restaurant nearby for muslm travellers for exmple mari meokja just infrom hotel, kampung ku and busan jib around 300 m from hotel and many more. Other attraction are within walking distance The staff were kind enough to let us chexk in 1 hr earlier. Room is spacious and clean. Can see namsan tower from the room"

"Modern boutique vibe. Clean and quiet. Great staff. I commend the cleaning staff for always leaving fresh towels and water by the door when I did not want to be disturbed. Convenient location to metro station(~50m away). And excellent local restaurant options near the hotel. Bonus is the Full size gym that’s located in the building. Free to use for all guests."

"The pillows had some fading spots, but well I don't really mind though people might not like it too much. The rooms are small, they should only be used for a quick weekend or even just one day stay. Overall, It was a comfortable and convenient stay, we got a lot of stuff like creams and toothbrushes. There is coffee and drinks at the lobby for free. The check in and check out was very fast with minimal contact with the receptionist. Objectively, it would be a 10/10 if it wasn't for the spots"

"實話實説優缺點都有。 優點是位置很出眾，步行3分鐘就到新世界百貨了，購物很便利，2分鐘進地鐵，周邊餐廳也超級多。 為數不多的可以房間公開可以抽煙的，煙民比較舒服。 性價比不錯的，這個地段400多，還要啥自行車。 缺點嘛。。。。 房間打掃不夠乾淨，床上還有毛。。。 而且被罩枕套的確更換了，但是衹是套上，裸露部位有明顯血漬。。。"

"Reception is at level 7, anywhere above level 7, you need to tap hotel card to press elevator button. Check in and check out process is smooth but south korea is strict to their check in time. I was unable to check in earlier. Hotel is 3-5 min walk to Balsan Station. Location is considered convenient, there is a CU store downstairs and some restaurants, paris baguette around. However, it is slightly far from most seoul atttractions, about 45-60 minutes away. I stayed on level 13. Room was dark but not obvious from the picture. I think they were suppose to have a standing lamp at corner of room but no ceiling light or lamp there. The light at the door is also gone. I actually feedback about the light to the reception after 1st night stay but nothing was done over next 2 nights. Hotel Mfelice is not too good at problem solving. Cleanliness was all right, this hotel is aged so you can visibly see spots on carpets, dust on less used area etc. Shower water pressure is easy to adjust, warm water is consistent but the shower floor is very slippery. Elderly and children to take note. And the bottle container provided for body wash, shampoo is difficult to squeeze. Maybe that is the intention, to discourage guests to use too much! Toilet has bidet. They provide towels (south korea uses face towel as bath towels now so they are smaller in size but hotel provides 2 for each guest) but if you need other shower amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste etc, you need to buy a set from reception. I think it was 3,000won."

"Rummet var litet och enkelt. Läget var faktiskt inte toppen... det är långt ifrån de flesta populära platserna och inte nära någon tunnelbana. Renligheten var tveksam eftersom det fanns hårstrån på sängen, handduken och toalettväggen. Lakanen verkade inte ha bytts alls trots att jag bodde där i fyra nätter. En av dagarna kom jag tillbaka med en dörr på glänt och inte låst, förmodligen från städningen... 😓"
