This place slight not so convenient.Quite difficult to find this place . The uber will sent you to different place ,so you have to find your self where is the exact place . I kept mistaken which subway line to drop off , the exit very messy.not recommended for those person not good in map. However the room is very confortable. Even the room very small still can open 2 big luggage. Once you open 2big luggage,very difficult to move. Overall the process is okay. But I don’t think will stay again here .

I went their for a trip with my friends. Their location was great very close to the transportation (bus and MRT). Easy to walk to Garosu-gil (super near a 2-3 block away from the hotel). Their staff was nice but the room isn't good very small and the room isn't soundproof (just small talk with your roommate can let the whole floor hear you)

Hotel was very strategically located, couple of minutes walk from the train station with plenty of restaurants and entertainment options nearby. Convenient store GS25 was just a stone throw away. Packs of shampoo, conditioner, face wash, soaps, lotion were provided daily and the laundry room was very conveniently located near the reception with good pricing. Room design is a bit dated, and the fridge had only very little space, enough for only 2-3 cans of drinks since most of the space is occupied by the cooling fins. Family room was small with very little space for luggage but was clean. Toilet space was large, almost the same size as the room. Loved the bath tub. Most Uber drivers will stop at the junction instead of hotel entrance despite selecting the hotel as pick up point so take note

Noticed that all the room designs are different and I think I’ve got one of the smaller rooms with no bathtub. We had 2 large luggage and 2 hand carries, with thick winter jackets sweaters etc, the room felt cramp, especially after doing several shopping trips. There was barely any room left for us to walk around. We had to move the coffee table to make space. Hated the carpet on coffee table side. You can tell that it was not vacuumed properly. Also didn’t like the slippers they provided, it’s the rubber type slippers, not the one-time disposal slippers and just felt unhygienic so we didn’t use it. There’s heater for the flooring but the heat wasn’t distributed evenly and we didn’t know how to adjust the temperature. Without slippers on, some parts of the floor felt like you’re walking on fire. There’s aircond in the room but the temperature just didn’t feel right especially during the winter. It’s either too cold or too hot. The window beside the bed was abit malfunctioned, so if you were open it, it will open all the way - which is too cold during the winter. So most nights we end up sweating during our sleep. We requested a full change of the comforter on the second day due to stains. However, we are not certain whether the comforter itself was replaced or if only the bedding was changed - didn’t bother checking for the stains. Toilets were cleaned properly so that’s appreciated. Location was fantastic. 5 mins away from the subway exit 9. Fell sick on one of the days and the pharmacy is just down the streets.

The hotel is great, everything was new and sparkling clean. The location is perfect (very close to the bus station where you can take a bus to Incheon airport), and everyone at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. The room isn’t big but convenient enough. It was a bit too hot to sleep at night because the bed is located under the ceiling, and I guess there is not enough air there. Also, it would be good to have more hangers and in general space for storage. We enjoyed our stay a lot, thank you very much!

We liked the hotel, everything is fine, there is nothing to complain about. The room is comfortable, clean, quiet, the staff is polite. The breakfasts are not a buffet, but they are delicious and slightly different every day. The location is super, a pleasant walk along the Seoullo 7017 overpass from Seoul Station. And the center is 15 minutes away. There are many convenience stores in the area. There is a restaurant with European cuisine in the hotel building - pasta, pizza, everything is delicious. I recommend Hotel Manu Seoul.

It was amazing! They had free water and coffee, the location was great, only 15 mins from Myeongdong, I went so many times. It was easy to shop and bring back things. The room size was huge even for one person. I had a direct view of Namsan Tower and it was so pretty, photo doesn't do it justice.

I stayed at a hotel right next to Jongno 3-ga Station, and honestly, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in Seoul. I first discovered the area on TikTok — people kept talking about “Hipjiro,” the nickname locals use for Euljiro, famous for its trendy bars, cozy cafés, and hidden alley spots — and I’m so glad I chose to stay nearby. The location was perfect. It was easy to reach Gyeongbokgung Palace, Insadong, Myeongdong, and Dongdaemun by subway or bus, and several traditional markets were just a short walk away. My room was spotless and modern. The bed was super comfortable with fresh, soft linens — perfect after a long day of exploring. Everything felt clean and well-maintained, and I really appreciated having a safe in the room to store my valuables. The lobby offered thoughtful amenities — a currency exchange machine, a luggage scale, and even free laundry facilities, which made my stay so convenient. There was also a 24-hour snack corner, so I could grab a quick bite or drink anytime, even late at night. Those small touches truly made a big difference and showed how much the hotel cares about its guests. What really stood out to me was how everything just worked — no stress, no hassle, just pure comfort. I honestly didn’t expect to love this place as much as I did, but it completely exceeded my expectations in every way. I’m already planning to come back — this hotel will definitely be my go-to spot whenever I visit Seoul!

Located very close to famous myeongdong street. Very close to bus stop and myeondong teain station. Easy if use aiport limousine bus from incheon bcause the stop just 80 m from entrance. A list of halal restaurant nearby for muslm travellers for exmple mari meokja just infrom hotel, kampung ku and busan jib around 300 m from hotel and many more. Other attraction are within walking distance The staff were kind enough to let us chexk in 1 hr earlier. Room is spacious and clean. Can see namsan tower from the room

Nice location, it will take about 10 minutes from the metro station. Modern fashionable business location of the Gangnam? Sorry, it is not. Urban beauty of the Seoul is so-so. Cafes or restaurants aren't very close, but not so far. But the sport cafe with evening soccer translation is close and you will hear it all the might very well. Facilities.. You will have no toothbrush and soap. Only single use shampoo and shower gel that weren't updated even every day. Towels also not refreshed every day. Multiple use sleepers. Drinking water you may find in the hidden fridge. Electric kettle i have not use. I dont remember, maybe the tea bags where available. Even condoms where but i prefer a toothpaste with toothbrush. Once i have asked to clean the room it was ignored. But on the third day was done. One time at my 4 night stay. The best option i have met as EU standard USB 2A phone charger which helped me every night. As i have took chinese standard charger only, so stupid for me. Might be smarter next trip. Hope my currency rate will grow again and the hotel costs with these weathers will not look so high. But last time i expected more. Anyway thank you!
