"The family suite we booked was incredibly spacious and clean, giving us plenty of room to relax without feeling cramped. The beds were comfortable, and we all slept soundly.
The highlight for our children was definitely the indoor pool and kids' play area. It was a perfect way for them to burn off energy, and it was well-maintained. The location was also fantastic, being close to manila ocean park and luneta.
The staff, particularly the front desk team, were so welcoming and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.
We highly recommend the Bayview Hotel or anyone traveling with a family. We can't wait to visit again!"

Anyway, if you don't care too much about amenities and just need somewhere decent to sleep, this hotel is okay. Good thing is they have room service."

"Urban Travellers Hotel is a nice place to stay with decent amenities that make for a comfortable visit.
Rooms are nice albeit a bit outdated. The air conditioning was cold and nice, I had to lower it since it's a bit to cold for me. Also has a separate table which you can use to eat at and has a separate wardrobe for your clothes.
If you are a light sleeper, the room I was in was leaking in noise from the main road,so bear that in mind. It wasn't too noisy that you can't relax but you can definitely hear cars honking and passing by.
Complementary breakfast is 1 viand and 1 egg, it is paired with garlic rice and pansit which are unlimited. Soup is also provided. Coffee is unlimited too if you are into that."

"Several times na ako nag stay sa hotel. Minsan sobrang Ganda ng service minsan sobrang panget. This time meron akong katabing guest na masyadong maingay ang pag ubo nya. Para syang may TB or sakit sa baga sa sounds ng ubo nya. I don't know if doon sya Naka isolate pero dapat hindi Ina allow ng hotel ang ganun. Makaka Hawa ang ibang guest like me na meron pa naman along asthma. Yun Lang. Sana MA improve pa ang cleanliness and orderliness ng hotel."

BBen_964Absolutely a great staying with a very reasonable price. The room is spacious and new, the staff was friendly. We arrived at almost 3am and the door man was so kind and welcomed us, he always helped us with the door and elevator and everything we needed. The location is good, easy to order food deliveries, a few kilometres to the ancient area. Overall I would highly recommend it.

GGabriela_It was really ok. They even let us checked in early since the room is ready. Unfortunately the cleanliness is really bad. As you can see in the picture. The toilet needs deep cleaning or needs to be resilicon. I am working also in housekeeping. Im making this review for the sake of the establishment, i want to let them know that they can do better. Thank you for the reception for doing a job well done, they replied in whatsapp when i sent this photo and said the staff will check on it. We stayed 3 nights but it was never checked. It’s not the fault of reception, this time it’s housekeeping (if reception forwarded the info to hk). I was planning to extend for another 3 nights but because of this i moved to other hotel (which is not ”kawalan” for them 😅). Currently i am booked to other hotel (i just checked out few hours ago). I did not took picture with the other parts..just more brushing can do sana.
I almost brushed the molds but i remember im on vacation and needs to enjoy. 😅

AAnonym användareI am very satisfied with our stay in this hotel. My mother and I stayed for the New Year's Eve. So there are a lot of fireworks. But the fireworks didn't bother us at all. I think it's because of the window glass that they installed which made the room somehow soundproof.
I am also very happy with the hotel's location. It is very near Robinsons Manila.
Check in process was very smooth. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.
Overall, I am very happy with our stay.

LlussssterMy siblings and I had a decent stay overall. The place was clean and comfortable enough for a short visit, and we appreciated having enough space for everyone. The location was convenient, and check-in went smoothly. There were a few minor things that could be improved, like [insert example—e.g., the Wi-Fi connection or water pressure], but nothing that really affected our stay. All in all, it was a good experience for a family trip and offered fair value for the price.

AAnonym användareThe room appeared neat and visually clean; however, the floor itself was not thoroughly cleaned, as we had to wipe our child’s feet several times.
Additionally, the room had a storage-like odor, suggesting that the linens may have been stored in the cabinet for an extended period.
On a positive note, the staff were courteous, welcoming, and respectful throughout our stay.

GGästanvändareIt was very bad to start with. They gave us a very dirty room. Had cockcriaches.. bad deco, safe was broken and the clock was not working. I had to change the room after 3days of living in that room it was very disgusting. I was scared to walk around the room. The balcony doors wouldn't close properly in both rooms so the air conditioning was not effective enough.
Also found previous tenants dirty knickers on the balcony floor and when I complained they said maybe clean knickers and did not send any one to remove them from the balcony. Definitely a 1/5 for the room and service in this situation. There was cockcroach prevention houses all over the place and was bitten by lots of mosquitoes and the kitten was dirty in places. They asked for a 2k peso deposit refundable which is fine but I had to pay in cash which in the end I had to go find an atm which was inconvenient and I had to walk about 10min from the hotel because they had no visa card services, being a hotel with 50 floors that was very bad management for their hotel infrastructure for international clients. The restaurant down the street and also the Korean restaurant in the lobby both had visa card machines yet a hotel couldn't do that. Overall the service after few days was much better. The manager Mohammed and workers Charles and Michael started to help make my stay more better which was refreshing and we built good relations. So in the end the last few days was more better. If it was like this from the start then I would definitely give a 4/5.
