"Апартаменты в центре города, достаточно чисто есть все необходимое, минут и кухня, даже стиральная машина. Микроволновка, чай, кофе. В день заезда подарили бутылку местного вина. Хороший напор воды. Из того что не понравилось, неудобная оплата регионального налога, чтобы его оплатить либо нужно идти к ним в офис, это не в этом же самом здании или отправить iban, плюс администрация отеля не очень внимательны, я им изначально выслала 2 паспорта предупредив что в квартире будет жить 2 человека, но налог от и захотели взять за 3"

"This hotel was a stop gap measure as our accommodation fell through and we needed something quickly. The staff are helpful and the rooms are clean and not cramped. I had an ample twin room and the bathroom was spotless. Overall the hotel was fine just a little faded and in need of a renovation just for aesthetics."

"The room was clean, the hotel is in a really good location. The kitchenette is well equipped, you have all the basics. The building is not very well sound- proofed, so if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. It's a 2* hotel and reflected in the price but it's a good value for the money."

"A lovely Hotel, with a high level of service and a great restaurant an amenities. The location is only good for those willing to taxi or drive to Funchal- otherwise it is a 30-35minite walk, allow more time for the way back all uphill. The decor of the rooms is dated- very 1990s in style, the carpet is wearing thin in places. The pool side area is nice but could benefit from a modernization to make the decor match the level of service. Can't fault the stay otherwise. Shout out to Sandra, the Maitre 'd, D for her amazing level of service. Obregado!"

"Matsalen – jag var där för frukosten – är gammal, inte så inbjudande. Frukostutbudet är inte så bra, som vegan eller vegetarian kan man inte välja mycket (bara bönor och bröd), kaffet är okej men inte gott, juicerna är inte färska och sockersöta. Det finns ingen stor kastrull för matlagning, för två personer skulle det vara bra att ha en. Sängen är bra, fläkten gör sitt jobb, badrummet är tillräckligt stort, balkongen praktisk. Läget är nära busslinjen, 30 minuter att gå till centrum och det finns Lido-promenaden (med några badplatser) till nästa lilla stad med en liten ljustunnel för fotgängare, där kan man höra/se vågorna :) Öppettiderna för poolen är för sent på morgonen och för korta (8.00-20.00). Den kvinnliga personalen i receptionen med glasögonen (lördag kväll) lyckades inte med min väckning nästa morgon (personalen visade mig denna dag att han inte hade någon förvarning för ett samtal), det är inte bra, för ibland måste man lita på det."

"Great location, nice size and overall room/amenity quality. Only annoying or rather negative point to note would be the limited h of the reception desk. Several of us arrived in the evening and even though it was indicated that we will be contacted with check in details, we were faced with a locked entrance upon arrival and had to call the number stated there on the board. A person arrived like 30min later only to do the check in process. Same with check out since the housekeeper had to come from another hotel to open the door for us."
