"Matsalen – jag var där för frukosten – är gammal, inte så inbjudande. Frukostutbudet är inte så bra, som vegan eller vegetarian kan man inte välja mycket (bara bönor och bröd), kaffet är okej men inte gott, juicerna är inte färska och sockersöta. Det finns ingen stor kastrull för matlagning, för två personer skulle det vara bra att ha en. Sängen är bra, fläkten gör sitt jobb, badrummet är tillräckligt stort, balkongen praktisk. Läget är nära busslinjen, 30 minuter att gå till centrum och det finns Lido-promenaden (med några badplatser) till nästa lilla stad med en liten ljustunnel för fotgängare, där kan man höra/se vågorna :) Öppettiderna för poolen är för sent på morgonen och för korta (8.00-20.00). Den kvinnliga personalen i receptionen med glasögonen (lördag kväll) lyckades inte med min väckning nästa morgon (personalen visade mig denna dag att han inte hade någon förvarning för ett samtal), det är inte bra, för ibland måste man lita på det."

"This hotel was a stop gap measure as our accommodation fell through and we needed something quickly. The staff are helpful and the rooms are clean and not cramped. I had an ample twin room and the bathroom was spotless. Overall the hotel was fine just a little faded and in need of a renovation just for aesthetics."

"Находится в самом центре города Фуншал. Рядом очень красивый парк. Из окна вид на церковь. Завтрак шведский стол стандартный, кофе отвратительный. В номере сильная слышимость. Все остальное супер. Я доволен."

"The hotel was in the heart of the city, great location and close to main attractions. Easy to get to from the airport using n9 bus for €6. The room was cleaned daily and towels were also changed daily. The staff were friendly and happy to help when needed. For a 3star hotel, this hotel has great value for money due to its location, and service. The breakfast was decent and the pool had a great view. The room had a balcony with a beautiful view."

"We booked a triple room 3 beds last min with late bird price. However they gave us double room 2 beds. It's on the 1st floor just next to tennis court which is quite noisy. It's 31 degree F, no air conditioner. Only 1 tiny window can be opened for fresh air but its facing a foot path with many guests access to the indoor pool, gym...etc. Not enough privacy. Location is ok as many small supermarkets, restaurants and bus stops near by within walking distance. Hotel facilities are good for the price."

"We loved this hotel. Old-style, but everything good and clean. But we didn’t like breakfast - it’s just bread and some cheese and meat. It’s better to have breakfast somewhere else. But room is really nice, clean and quite."

"Great location, nice size and overall room/amenity quality. Only annoying or rather negative point to note would be the limited h of the reception desk. Several of us arrived in the evening and even though it was indicated that we will be contacted with check in details, we were faced with a locked entrance upon arrival and had to call the number stated there on the board. A person arrived like 30min later only to do the check in process. Same with check out since the housekeeper had to come from another hotel to open the door for us."

"Апартаменты в центре города, достаточно чисто есть все необходимое, минут и кухня, даже стиральная машина. Микроволновка, чай, кофе. В день заезда подарили бутылку местного вина. Хороший напор воды. Из того что не понравилось, неудобная оплата регионального налога, чтобы его оплатить либо нужно идти к ним в офис, это не в этом же самом здании или отправить iban, плюс администрация отеля не очень внимательны, я им изначально выслала 2 паспорта предупредив что в квартире будет жить 2 человека, но налог от и захотели взять за 3"
