"Hotellet är väl placerat, inom en enkel räckvidd av de viktigaste vyerna.Personalen var mycket hjälpsam och vänlig.Vårt rum hade balkong med vacker utsikt, och badrummet var trevligt och varmt.Komplimentärt vatten, te och kaffe lagrades dagligen. Den enda mindre nedgången var att möblerna var lite daterade.Generellt sett var det en mycket trevlig vistelse.Jag önskar att jag kunde ha stannat längre!"

"Just came back from a few days in Tbilisi and stayed at a hotel that really impressed me.
The location was perfect — close to the city center, but quiet enough to relax.
The staff were super helpful and friendly, always ready to assist.

"This Ibis hotel was excellent, as were many of the other Ibis hotels I've stayed in. I chose a standard room with a double bed, and I was given room 314. The view from the window was of the back yard, which wasn't particularly beautiful, but it was free from tourist crowds and noise. The breakfasts were standard European, with a wide selection of food, fresh juices, tea, and coffee. They were delicious. The room itself had minor imperfections, such as scratches on the walls, but I didn't consider them a significant issue. Room service was available daily. Thank you to the service team for the pleasant surprise."

"It’s a nice new hotel. The staff is perfect. It’s pretty pretty far from public transport. The park next to the hotel is amazing, and you can walk through it to Chavchavadze avenue. Nice dishes and fresh coffee at breakfast."

"Good location 20min walk from Central Square with metro and trains. Corner SPAR mini market was so convenient. Next door to an Auditorium where beautiful music lulled you. The entrance of IBIS was off the side behind a grand building. And what a welcoming sight as the bright cheerful interior of IBIS immediately lifted spirits.
The place was joyful, fun, energetic and staffed by the most enthusiastic and hospitable receptionists I ever met. They were polite, spoke good English, helpful and accommodating. Special shoutout to Sheshe, I was impressed with this hotel, I extended my stay.
Breakfast was excellent with free flow of coffee and tea. Highly recommended hotel."

"Очень дружелюбный персонал, абсолютно во всем шли навстречу! Завтраки домашние, вкусные. Были 2 дня, но горячие блюда не повторялись, так же всегда были сыр, масло, творог, сметана, овощи, выпечка, повидло... Можно было что то заказать отдельно, но нам хватало. Заселили гараздо раньше времени, подсказывали что посмотреть в городе и где поесть. Я бы порекомендовала друзьям и вернулась бы сама.
На 5 этаже открытая терраса с потрясающим видом, рядом со зданием гостиницы великолепная 128 летняя магнолия. Расположение топ. Все было чисто."

GGästanvändareThe best! Room was so spacious, clean, smell good, comfy bed, aestethically pleasing. The staffs also very helpful, one even let me check in 2 hours early since the room was ready. Great location to bus, metro, with lots of convenience stores and restaurants. Wifi connection sometimes lost, but not a big problem coz mobile connection works just find in that area. Good job guys!! Later I'll come back.

KKimwillruleShota Rustavalli Boutique Hotel, Tbilisi, Georgia: The most luxe of our stay in our whirlwind, super-tiring travels through Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia, we were looking forward to well-deserved pampering here and daily warm bath tub soaks. I’m one for authentic reviews so here goes. The start of our stay was terrible. Water was cut off in this part of town - mind you, we were next to the Parliament of Georgia, how dare they. So there was no water for the day. If you have just arrived, smelling far from English Gardens and sweaty, this is the end of your world. We were given mammoth water bottles for wipe downs. Water was up the next day. It isn’t the hotel’s fault, really. However, there were more shortcomings. We had full-day trips out of city and were too exhausted to complain. Our door didn’t open or close easily, like there was a misalignment. Room smells like sewage in the evening. Shower gel ran out and housekeeping didn’t top up. This was mortifying as we had an early day trip out and housekeeping didn’t start till 7.30 am as I was informed via Whatsapp, but reception said 9 am. AC is always parked at room temperature, sometimes warm. Pool, gym and sauna are out too and unannounced on site. I’m listing the litany of crimes so management can sort this out as the poor staff get the lambasting. Gocha was very sweet and explained as much as he could with the water cut-off. Ana was our thumbs-up favorite with 360-service recovery. She arranged for a birthday cake for my son. Also a complimentary bubbly breakfast. Also so kindly extended our check out time (although there was a power cut for a good hour, we were nonetheless grateful). The great merits here are the location – this is smack right in the city, we even stood next to the protestors at Parliament of Georgia. Restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping, museums are all around, within a short walk. There’s 10% discount on dining and free Georgian wine (you’ll be drinking it like water in Georgia). It did all end on a very sweet note – thank you Ana. #eatstylishtravelstylish

But unfortunately, I have to admit that the service is getting worse 😩 If during my last stay they brought the requested dentel kits and slippers an hour after calling the reception, then this time - they didn't bring it at all! I see that the hotel is empty, but nevertheless, they put us in a room with such a view on the second floor. Where literally every office worker from the adjoining building could look at us.

Great view - you’ll be no longer surprised by any tourists viewpoint of the city. I wouldn’t walk up there with a luggage, just choose taxi, but after it is just fine if you expect to walk around the old town anyway.
Very nice breakfast selection. And the stuff is very attentive.
Exceptionally clean rooms. And I truly enjoyed its stylistic choice.
But the most important - the people! Thank you for your hospitality! I’ll definitely see you next time!

GGästanvändareLast night I landed late and checked in at 1.00am. When I arrived at the hotel, a tall European male staff asked me “who are you” and was very unfriendly. I didn’t want to cause any trouble so I talked to him nicely. I came with my boyfriend and my bag. Anyone who saw me would know that I was a tourist. After entering the hotel, he checked me in for more than 40 minutes and couldn’t find my booking. He behaved very badly throughout the check-in process and even charged me even though I had already paid on the Tip.com app. in the morning , at 8.55am in the morning, he opened my bedroom. It was a terrible day in Georgia. He made me feel suspicious and unsafe here. Please let the hotel handle this matter with this person. Because this man’s behavior is very unsafe for tourists. Or is it because he sees me as Asian, so he bullies me?
Your hotel is a very good hotel. I don't think your hotel should be ruined by people behaving in such an unsafe way towards customers.
The first night I was hoping to relax and start my Christmas break, but the first time I encountered something bad like this. I am very disappointed and sad.

GGästanvändareThe hotel staff where friendly and polite but there was a lot of small issues.
1. Beside the fridge and kettle, there was only 1 plug, you had to unplug one to use the other.
2. In the room, a strip of tile had become unstuck from the floor, it was unsightly and you could easily cut yourself on the rough edges if walking around the room bare foot. Management should have taken care of this.
3. Everyday, we were awoken to loud music from the room next door. That's not the hotels fault per say, except to mention, maybe the walls are paper thin or this truly was the guest from hell.
4. On our last day, the hotel appeared to run out of hot water.
The size of the room is not what was shown on the picture and I can't see how the hotel gained 4 stars. Probably 3* is a fair and accurare based on our room. The Wifi was excellent and the location is close to a lot of shops and things to do nearby so I feel it has both good and points and guests shouldn't be completely put off by my niggles.

GGästanvändareThe beds were very clean and the view was amazing from the 10th floor. Our room was always cleaned up whenever we would come back to the room everyday. The bathrooms cleanliness and shower was amazing and very good quality. The staff were very nice and all spoke English, giving us a comfortable and pleasant experience at the Hilton Hotel.

GGästanvändareIt was upsetting experience during my 6th visit to amazing Tbilisi.
1. It is not easy to find an entrance as the hotel name is placed on another side of the building and the entrance door is not marked by any sign with the hotel name
2. Staff is not friendly or supportive. I checked in around 1 pm just to leave suitcase and did not ask to provide a room as had plans. There were 2 guys at reception dealing with me. I came back to the hotel around 7 pm, my docs were on the desk and I could see them while the receptionist could not find them and asked to sign the docs which have been signed in the morning. He could not explain me if there is a lift (I tried to speak both English and Russian) and I had a strong feeling that he is under some *****.
3. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor with very loud music. I booked a room with a lovely balcony but had to ask to change it as could not have rest because of the music. When I came to reception, first I was told that the music stops at 11 pm but I go to sleep at 9-10 pm and need quiet atmosphere (it is not metioned anywhere about music). Thankfully, I got another room but it was worse than the one I paid for. No balcony, 2 single beds instead of double one. Aints in the bathroom. So it was not a fair exchange (I was even ready to pay more for a better room but the staff is not supportive).
4. The breakfast is nice and the waiter in the restaurant is super nice and friendly (the only nice person I met at the hotel)
