The “smart bathroom” with its multi-function toilet and deep soak tub was a fantastic luxury in a small space. * **View & Noise:** We had a room facing the interior courtyard/other buildings, which was very quiet. Street-facing rooms might get some nighttime buzz from Myeongdong, but the double-glazed windows are excellent. * **Bed:** The bed was firm and very comfortable, with high-quality linens. **Amenities & Services: (★★★★☆)** * **Breakfast:** We tried the breakfast once. It’s a delightful mix of Korean, Japanese, and Western options in a beautiful, light-filled dining room. The quality was excellent (the miso soup and grilled fish were highlights), but it is on the pricier side. * **Facilities:** No pool or gym, which some might miss. However, the 2nd-floor lounge area is a lovely, quiet space to relax with complimentary tea and coffee. * **Service:** Impeccable. Staff were always helpful, from storing luggage before check-in to providing directions and calling taxis. Very pleasant hotel was impressed with the housekeeping outstanding services and the exceptional service provided by the front desk agent and GM of the hotel. When I realised I had left my cap behind, they immediately assisted me with genuine concern and efficiency. Within minutes, they located my item and ensured it was returned to me without any hassle. Their prompt response, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile reflect outstanding customer care and made me feel valued as a guest.

De flesta av de föremål som säljs är antikviteter eller kulturella och kreativa produkter. Mittemot hotellet ligger ett berömt tempel. Den övergripande miljön och städningen är mycket bra. Disken finns på 5:e våningen Efter registrering kan du få rumskortet innan du tar hissen på andra sidan till rumsvåningen. Det finns ismaskiner och vattenautomater på varje våning. Läget är utmärkt, lättillgängligt med buss och tunnelbana.

I just had the most wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express Seoul and I'm still beaming with joy! 😊 From the moment we checked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and shopping malls. But the real highlight was the surprise upgrade to a triple room - we didn't expect it, but it made me and my husband’s trip so much more comfortable! Huge thanks to the staff for making our stay extra special 🙏. The room was spotless, amenities were top-notch, and the breakfast spread was delicious. Would definitely recommend and return in a heartbeat!

If your trip revolves around shopping, this is absolutely the best location in Seoul. The sheer convenience of being directly connected to the Doota Mall and across the street from the Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) saved us so much travel time. You can shop late and be back in your room in minutes! Beyond the location, the service was wonderfully efficient and the front desk staff spoke excellent English. Our room size was generous for a Seoul hotel, providing plenty of space to organize all our shopping bags without feeling cluttered. This hotel defines convenience and comfort. The location is prime, centrally located yet surprisingly quiet, offering easy access to both dining and sightseeing areas—pure convenience! If you value spaciousness and convenience without compromising on excellent service, this is the place to book.

What a prime area to stay in! It’s about a 2min walk to the Namdaemun Market and about 5-10min walk to Myeongdong. The rooms are good quality. I had a great City view. The building has a CU and Starbucks on the ground floor, which makes life super convenient. The staff were super welcoming and friendly. The only comment I had mentioned to the receptionist upon check out was that my room was just a bit dusty. They do have an air purifier in the room, but I had no idea how to work it. Overall, I would definitely come back again!

Hotel is Euljiro 3-ga Station, which is approximately a 4-minute walk from the hotel. Euljiro 4-ga Station is also located nearby, roughly 5 minutes away on foot. The hotel offers easy access to Myeongdong shopping area and Gwangjang Market. 2 convenivce stores located nearby, GS 25 and e-Mart. Checking out early? No concierge service to store your lugguage, but can pay 5,000 won for 4 hours at the luggage lockers just outside the hotel reception. Room a bit small, not perfect but ok. Particularly like the Samsung Air Dresser in the room. Helps a lot with our laundry needs. :)

A homely accommodation provides everything you need for a home during your travel . Comfortable bed, heated floor , new and clean. Nearby have 7-11, C U and GS25, many delicious eateries nearby. The best service provided , read and reply our email efficiently , solve our problems when we requested. Our family of 4 enjoy staying here . Will definitely introduce to our friends and family to stay here when travel to Seoul.

Sängkläderna var okej. Ljudisoleringen är på en seriös nivå!!! Du kan också höra ljudet av vatten som passerar genom röret och andra mekaniska ljud, såväl som ljudet av en dörr som stängs, ljudet av någon som nyser i nästa rum, etc. ^^ Frukosten är också lite konstig.. Det är billigt, men för de pengarna skulle jag bara köpa en McMorning och gå till Starbucks. De borde äta mindre mat och förbättra kvaliteten. Du borde lägga upp det! Slutsatsen är att det är okej att bara sova!! Det är ^^

Our family had a wonderful stay at Sollago Myeongdong Hotel. The room was very spacious and perfect for a family. It had two separate rooms, each with a double bed, plus two single beds in the living room. It fit our family of five very comfortably. The unit was well equipped with a washer, smart TV, microwave, ref/freezer, and smart bidet, which made our stay easy and stress free—especially for a longer trip. The location is a big plus. The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk to the subway and bus stops (Chungmuro), making it very convenient to get around Seoul. There is also a convenience store right downstairs, and many local Korean restaurants nearby, so food was never a problem. Btw, it’s a self check-in/out hotel. Very modern indeed! Overall, this hotel is a great choice for families who want space, comfort, and easy access to transport. We would gladly stay here again.
