"Fantastic! From the exceptional customer service at a 2:40AM check in, to the immaculate room and excellent location CitizenM was more than I could have asked for. More than anything, I needed a relaxing, stress free weekend and this hotel delivered in spades. My son said it was very Millennial, but I don’t know what he meant. My room was efficiently designed with all the comforts of home. I truly enjoyed my stay."

"I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Boston. First of all, the hotel is spotlessly clean — everything from the lobby to the rooms was exceptionally well maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with daily housekeeping that kept everything neat and fresh throughout my stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. I especially appreciated their support in handling a delivery I was expecting from Amazon — they went out of their way to make sure I received it smoothly. One of the best features of this hotel is the large parking area right in front of the building. Compared to other hotels in Boston, the parking fee was much more affordable, which made a big difference for me. Overall, it’s a clean, comfortable, and well-managed hotel with excellent service and great value. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Boston."

"Right in the heart of the city, classic Bostonian restaurants nearby. Very friendly staff at reception and decent rooms. Nothing impressive but good place if you want to be in the city and still close to the airport (very easy to reach with the blue line). My pics are of nearby areas."

"We spent a long weekend at this hotel. First, a free local shuttle express bus takes you from Logan Airport to Back Bay Station, which is just a four-minute walk from the hotel entrance. Check-in was smooth, friendly and efficient, and we were given our requested room. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with a fantastic view over Boston Bay. It had a spacious seating area, a large flat-screen TV, a full size in-room fridge, a spacious rain shower, and ice stations on each floor. The bed and bedding were of high quality, and there was a selection of pillows to choose from. One of the most impressive features of this hotel is the in-room security safe, which is rare in many US hotels. There are also excellent food and beverage facilities on-site, and an extensive room service menu. The housekeeping was of a high standard, and complimentary water was provided each day. If you haven’t already, I highly recommend signing up for the Marriott Bonvoy awards programme in advance of your stay. This will give you free WiFi for your entire stay. The hotel is located in downtown Boston, with easy access to Back Bay and Copley Square metros, the Boston Public Library, Prudential Centre, and many other facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. I would highly recommend this hotel.  "

"Is an old hotel with full of character. Lift is a mixed of modern and old. It is well situated, across the road is a huge supermarket. Amtrak train station is just 5 mins walk away. Room is a little small and the Aircon cannot be controlled. Shower water pressure is good. Best thing I like is a big kitchen with microwave and coffee machine. Even a 5 star hotel do not have this. Checked in and out is super easy. Overall I like this hotel."

"Good basic stay. Breakfast selection very limited but for $22, you can’t expect more. Housekeeping wasn’t very good. We ran out of soap/shower gel; I approached one housekeeper and they said “go ask the other guy who is responsible for your room”. Thr “other guy” wasn’t on floor at that time."

"The hotel room was ok. I got the king bed wicked small room. The facilities seem neither new nor old. But the bathroom facilities are strange, including the sink and bathtub. They make movement not easy. The hotel was packed. Actually for me too many guests, maybe there was an event during my stay."
