Hotel was quite new. Location for us was not ideal as in the middle of the touristic center of the city which meant that there was a lot street noise which meant that it was impossible to sleep with open window and hawking and touting in the streets right outside of the hotel. Beds and breakfast were both excellent, shower looked good but was inadequate as very low water pressure and inconsistent temperature, lighting in the room was also a miss. Personnel very friendly and cooperative and gave us some good advice on where to eat on first night. Building is beautiful and lobby very nice.

Нет мест для парковки. Ставите на улице и оплачиваете за каждый час. А так, все понравилось. Номер был на третьем этаже. Есть утюг в номере. Хорошие завтраки.

Новый, стильный отель в Тбилиси. Интересная планировка, отель располагается в здании бывшего телеграфа. Удобные кровати и очень вкусный завтрак. Единственное столы общие. Хорошая косметика в номере, весь Стафф отлично говорит по английски. Еда в room service тоже отличная.

Прекрасный, стильный отель! Хорошие номера, необычный спа. Вкусная кухня. Единственный момент, хотелось бы более новую сантехнику и теплые полы ванной комнате.

Bra hotell och hjälpsam personal.Jag hade tillbringat 30-minuter på receptionen innan jag kom till mitt rum, sorterade nästa dags resa, med personalen som var särskilt hjälpsam.Efter det kom jag upp, bytte kläder och var äntligen redo att vila. Kort efter bad jag mig komma tillbaka för att betala och samla in mitt tvätt (expresstjänst som jag var tvungen att ringa och följa upp). Jag var extremt trött och kände mig inte bra, så jag frågade 3–4 gånger om de kunde göra ett undantag och ta det upp.De vägrade, säger det är hotellpolicyn att alla betalningar måste göras vid receptionen, en löjlig politik för ett hotell av denna standard. Ironiskt nog, samma kväll beställde vi mat till rummet, och de tog med en kortmaskin upp och tog betalning på plats.Jag hade faktiskt planerat att boka om detta hotell, men jag bestämde mig emot det enbart på grund av denna obekväma och inkonsekventa politik.

The hotel also offered a lovely breakfast with a variety of options, which was a great way to start my day. Overall, I highly recommend the River Side Hotel for anyone visiting Tbilisi. It combines comfort, excellent service, and a prime location, making it a perfect choice for travelers.

The hotel has a unique historical feature and belongs to a charming ancient building. The rooms are beautiful and the food is delicious. The Georgian girls are very beautiful and gentle, providing a great travel experience that deserves praise!
