Det är helt enkelt oklanderligt. Hotellet ligger i ett lugnt och exklusivt bostadsområde. Hotellet i sig är också gammalt. Det är uppdelat i två byggnader, vardera med ett offentligt område. Den första byggnaden vid entrén har en reception, ett offentligt loungeområde och en restaurang. Den andra byggnaden har allmänna utrymmen på första, andra och tredje våningen, och en annan restaurang på första våningen. Alla allmänna utrymmen är inredda med en känsla av design och är mycket bekväma. Färska kakor och vatten tillhandahålls i loungen varje dag, samt alkohol. Alkohol måste betalas för. Du kan skriva typ av dryck och rumsnummer i en anteckningsbok bredvid. Restaurangen är mycket utsökt och måste bokas i förväg. Den första restaurangen är relativt enkel. Du kan välja 1 till 5 rätter. Den genomsnittliga kostnaden per person för 5 rätter är cirka 1 000 RMB. Den andra restaurangen har 7 rätter, vilket är dyrare. Eftersom det råkade vara en lokal festival bokade vi inte bord, vilket borde vara bra. Vi åt på den första restaurangen i två kvällar, två helt olika menyer. Frukosten är relativt enkel, men kvaliteten är mycket god. Allt tillagas på plats och kan inte beställas. Mycket färska ingredienser. Svenskarna är reserverade och visar inte mycket entusiasm, men de är väldigt vänliga. Berätta bara vad du behöver så gör de sitt bästa för att hjälpa till. Det finns några gratis snacks på rummet, men drycker kostar extra. Det finns ingen vattenkokare, men du kan fråga efter den i receptionen. Vi bokade inte ett stort rum (det är väldigt populärt), det enkla rummet är litet, men det har allt du behöver, till och med en komplett uppsättning hudvårdsprodukter. Sammantaget är detta det bästa lilla boutiquehotellet jag någonsin har bott på. När vi åkte köpte vi också en massa ekologiska toalettartiklar till hotellet.

Ett hem was part of the reason that we came to Stockholm!! We were very excited to come stay here as we have heard such great things from friends. The whole concept is that it’s a home, and it really did feel like that! It felt as though we were staying at a friends home, where we can roam around all of the shared areas and spend time anywhere, in the living room, lounges, library, garden etc. The space was designed by a famous interior designer. Our room was an attic room that was quite beautiful. We also opted to have dinner at the house; the menu changes daily depending on what the chef orders in, and on our night it was delicious. We also used their spa room / sauna which was very enjoyable. My only comment is that while the staff were all very friendly and nice, they were not always available to be found. At times I would need something and go to the main check in counter and there wouldn’t be anyone there, and I would have to roam around the house looking for someone. Same goes for the entrance. You have to ring the bell every time you come back to Ett Hem and on a few occasions, no one answered the door bell or they answered but didn’t follow up / open the door / or come to get us. I understand it’s a part of the casual home feel, but for a luxury hotel I would have preferred a little more availability… Great stay overall though!!

This is a hotel that truly lives up to its reputation.Staying at Ett Hem has been on my travel bucket list for almost 10 years. It simultaneously feels like your wealthy Swedish aunt has given you the keys to the house and liquor cabinet but left the staff as well as living experiential essay defining Swedish luxury. The interiors are designed by Else Crawford and no corner is untouched. The design finished are not just meat to look high end, they are with authentic Svensk Tenn and Georg Jensen pieces throughout the hotel and rooms. Meals are homemade and taste like they were made with love from a talented family member. The sauna facilities are spacious, private and the highlight of the trip on a cold Swedish winter night.

This is like no hotel I've ever stayed in, and I fear that nothing will ever come close to this experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfection. The staff seems to know who you are from the beginning, and you are welcomed into the living room as you would be welcomed into someone's home. Although our room was small, it had amazing bath products, as well as a Dyson hair dryer (!) and a very high-end flat iron. Snacks in the mini bar were free, and there was always some kind of delectable dessert in the lounge area on our floor. We had to tear ourselves away on our third and final night there to eat dinner in the city, as we found the dinners at Ett Hem to be so delicious and such a fun experience. Although the property is not in the heart of the city, we did not mind this one bit. It was very quiet and it felt nice to be away from the crowds. (We are big walkers, and we were easily able to get to all the attractions on foot.) This is the kind of hotel where it truly seems that your wish is their command. Craving a cup of tea? They will bring it to you. Need an early breakfast to take in the car to the airport? They're on it. The only downside is that if you stay here, you won't ever want to leave.

This property is a gem. While the property is beautiful and homey at the same time, what really makes the guest experience extraordinary is the incredible staff. In all my world travels, I have never encountered a more friendly and welcoming group. They literally fall over themselves to make sure your every request is meet and always with a kind word or smile. Would never even consider staying any where else in Stockholm.

I can only repeat previous reviews- this hotel is a gem. Warm and welcoming. Beautifully designed. The room are beautiful yet cosy. Every details is thought about. The ability to set yourself anywhere in the two houses is great, the only draw back is that it is hard to choose from some many idyllic places. Big tack to Astrid who welcomed us and all the team who made us feel so welcome.

This hotel is magical. Ilse Crawford has worked her magic on the interior design. The two historic homes that comprise the property have beautiful detailing that has been preserved and enhanced. The staff are amazing. They make you feel so welcome and you can ask any one of them about anything and they will help you. I would put this on par with the Aman hotels - but a completely different vibe. At Amans you keep to yourself whereas at Ett Hem you feel like you are being welcomed into your friends home.

Hello Last week my sister and I went to Ett Hem to have a fika and to enjoy the amazing cozy place that we usually see on your beautiful instagram. However, as we arrive to the location, the door was closed and no one opened it even though we rang and we waited. We were so disappointed and we weren’t expecting that at all. Yasmina

Heard great things from friends. Wanted to check it out for future stays, recommendations and to get a first hand look. A bite, a drink, a cup of tea... Turned away in the rudest manner on a Monday night in September about 9 PM. Very summarily. I promise we were polite and dressed appropriately. Horrible, disappointing way to end what was otherwise an amazing visit to Stockholm.

The food, the service, the art, the garden, everything about Ett Hem is perfect. The buildings are beautifully restored and perfectly decorated. It is located in a rather central but quiet, residential part of Stockholm. There were always around delicious treats like cookies and dried fruits. Long story short, nothing tops Ett Hem!

Very cool place- BUT quite overly priced. The food did not do much for us at all. Over cooked potatoes and watery vegetables. The wine list was superb as a compensation for the foos.. The art and the vibe at the hotel is nice.Beds really comfy. Super service over all...the garden we liked.
