Good hotel. Decent location. £7 to park in their car park which I didn't know about so unexpected charge. Room was ok, can get a bit cold and heating maxed out at 36 degrees but other than that it's not too bad, good value for the price.

Good location, No room service available. The location is good and accessible near the city centre but the room was not sound proof enough and there was noise from the surrounding street coming into room even at fourth floor which was annoying.

I m disappointed because i booked room a double bed they give me room 2 double bed in witch not nice for couple in room

Wonderful stay at this central location. Very welcoming reception upon arrival and the customer service was fantastic. The comfortable room and hot breakfast was perfect for our business stay. Would recommend.

We booked bed/ breakfast for 2 nights. It was a buffet breakfast everything was on cereal fruit juice and hot food if you wanted anything extra the staff were only too willing to get it for you. Lovely room big fluffy towels in the bathroom and complimentary toiletries. The hotel is only 3 year old very modern and clean. I would stay in in again for my next trip. Marlene Glasgow

是thornaby老酒店了，經常來住，從queens campus到這裏也就10分鐘步行，以前上學的時候天天跑來住早餐也很好吃，服務人員態度也很好，隔音也很好，非常乾淨衞生一切都很完美，睡得非常棒，洗漱用品非常好，景色也非常好，樓層也非常好，反正就是非常完美的，是thornaby最好的hotel

一次定了兩間全家出遊，酒店地理位置非常好，就在市中心附近，周圍吃飯、購物都很方便。房間雖然不算特別大，但非常乾淨整潔，佈局合理。床非常舒服，枕頭和被子都很柔軟，睡覺特別踏實。浴室很乾凈，水壓剛好，洗澡體驗非常不錯。 早餐很豐富，有熱食也有冷餐，種類多樣，味道也挺好，尤其是煎蛋和香腸，吃得很滿足。工作人員態度非常好，服務細緻周到，讓人感覺很温暖。入住和退房過程都非常順利，沒有任何麻煩。 總體來説，這家酒店物有所值，特別適合短住或商務出差，下次有機會還會再來。

整體還可以，設施都比較新，性價比還是比較高的，適合送學生上學的家長，步行可達的距離，周邊也有超市和餐廳，很方便

感覺是攜程上在這個區域能訂到的為數不多的酒店之一，位置是比較方便，離商業中心街道不遠，酒店大門路對面的房屋背後有個較大的超市。

Svar från boendet: I am so sorry to be aware of such issue, however, this is strange as we could put one up easily for you without any problem. Sometimes we receive last minute bookings and therefore one of our staff members would have to go and make the sofa bed for you. I understand this can take longer than expected, but we always offer a solution to our guests. I am very impressed and concerned with your feedback since you have written ''no solution'' and this is definitely not the service we provide as we could set the sofa bed up like previously said if made aware.
