The Grand Hotel Swansea recensioner

Noisy on the street outside but can’t be helped by the hotel, if you require a quiet room then make sure you request one off the main road. There was some hairs on the floor in the bathroom that didn’t belong to us, but otherwise it was clean and welcoming, very friendly staff and a great location.

No complaints. Beautiful hotel, lovely room. Would recommend!

Great location, right in front of the train station and very close to the town and nice restaurants. Recently renovated hotel with food and clean amenities. Nice cafe downstairs as well.

Great location, right next to the train station. Great staff friendly services and sufficient toiletries provided. Clean bedroom. All in all, great place to stay and highly recommend!

Location is good. Right next to the train station and paid car park. However, the noise is unacceptably loud during the night time, even with the double-glazed windows. Motorcycles and teens make the whole night a nightmare. The room is big with however a tiny TV. Free WIFI. The cleanliness is fair, but can be better.

出來火車站，一眼就能看到，對遊客來説，位置太方便了。房間寬敞，設施稍顯陳舊，但衞生還不錯。早餐很好，有六、七種套餐可供選擇，嘗試了其中的四種，都不錯。

房間窗户是打不開的 空調老舊房間有股味道 。

廁所馬桶是壞的，由於房間電話也故障，衹能步行到一樓了前台聯繫維修人員上門檢修，等待30分鐘後維修人員未攜帶任何工具上門維修，期間離開兩次為取工具，最後沒有完成維修，酒店建議我們換其它酒店，但是家人因為時差關係已經就寢，故無法接受更換酒店的要求。 到第二天白天，酒店告知攜程工作日上午6:30可以用早餐，可惜在我與家人於6:40到達一樓餐廳時被告知7點才開始用餐，是酒店前台弄錯了時間。
