Novotel Taiping recensioner

Views are great. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Staffs are friendly.

Overall a great experience. Staffs are friendly and helpful and rooms are clean. Would be better if shaving kit and vanity kit were provided but nevertheless it was a great stay.

My stay at the Novotel Taiping was an exceptional experience. The staff’s exceptional friendliness and assistance were truly remarkable. The accommodations I was provided were luxurious and elegantly appointed, offering a breathtaking panoramic view of the Taiping city. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and comfy, nice view from our room. Unfortunately the pool is close due to weather. We are lucky to see lion dance when we check in.

I have wonderful experience in taiping. Staying in novotel was a good choice because very easy to shopping at taiping mall, foods and nearby attractions such as zoo, the lake, museum. Let's explore

nice view of taiping lake garden and bukit larut, shopping mall located within the same building, 'BEWARE' your hotel is surrounded by 'makan places' 😂😂😂😂😂😂,

The location is perfect because near to food stall and attraction places and center town taiping. The view of mountain is excellent because I took view lake. The breakfast is delicious and have variety of options. Should improve to provide more hanger. The hanger provided only 2.. Don't have much hanging place in a room.

We got ourselves a King Room and was greeted by a very nice view of Taiping Lake Garden and the mountainous scenery. Room was big and clean. The hotel was directly connected to a shopping mall. Some slight hiccups:  1) Somehow our room had no floor towel 2) The room door had to be slam shut before the lock can be turned to lock the room successfully Other than that, we would love to stay again!

As usual our favourite hotel in Taiping. Thanks to Mr Mirza for attending us with warm welcome. Will always come here whenever visit Taiping.

All good not so perfect but not so nice view for the room

This is my second time staying at this hotel. But, I’m a bit disappointed with the room this time. The toilet floor had stains, and the body towel was torn and had holes. As a 4-star hotel, I’ve always recommended your hotel to my friends visiting Taiping. I hope these issues can be addressed to maintain the high standards your hotel is known for.

Very confortabke and high end hotel. Room service ala carte food is amazing . Breakfast has a lot of choice

Mall access with the hotel , but parking bit creepy

The location is perfect for the small town. Behind hotel is Pasar. A lot of food can eat surrounding the hotel.
