we booked a room with balcony thinking we can smoke but they do not allow in the balcony even if their policy only states that no smoking INDOOR

If shuttle services are offered from the hotel to the metro station and from the metro station to the hotel upon request from a sizable customer base, this hotel's rating might be raised to "Excellent". Demand also will increase significantly.

Hotel location is great, it's off the busy street, but not far from the main street. The room is large and nice decor. The front desk personal are very friendly and helpful, Mr Chen helped me to ordered some pineapple cakes from Tainam city that my family wanted. Thanks! The hotel has a good taste of decorating that makes the guests feel comfortable.

從捷運長庚醫院站搭計程車到悅徠館只要100元，路口也有2間便利商店，很方便，辦理入住手續很快，晚班櫃台人員親切，解說詳細，知道我們是聽演唱會的，也有送可愛的小卡套，櫃檯旁邊有一區免費的點心區，很棒，房間環境很乾淨，舒適及安靜，長型的趟躺椅很舒服，浴室跟水槽是分開的，熱水很快就來，吹風機是PANASONIC的，風量強，熱水壺也很乾淨，早餐也好吃，整體是喜歡的，以後到林口也會再次入住。
