Mercure Tashkent South recensioner

The room is spacious. The hotel has a great selections breakfast items. Best gyms ! -legit commercial level👌👍. Spa sauna facilities. Staff is very helpful especially Abdullmalik (I hope I got the name right) at reception, he gave us a great recommendations what to do and where to go to explore Tashkent. Location is the only thing that the hotel is kinda missing. Close to airport but a bit far from city centre. Tax ride is abt 10-15mins to major attractions so not too bad.

It was one of the best hotels i stayed in , with the absolute best staff, especially Mr Mirsohib , who showed us all kinds of help during our entire stay , Mr Mirsohib went out of his way to help us even during his breaks , he deserves to be in higher management although he is young . Rooms are spacious and spotless, and airport noise and construction nearby was a minus . BF was perfect. Almost everything you wanted for breakfast was there . Thanks to everyone.

The hotel is great - everything is new and clean, staff is friendly. Room was really spacious and clean, with AC working fine. Cosmetics are high quality. Also, swimming pool in the basement is really great - full 25m. Enjoyed my stay here.

It's abit far center, nice hotel, nice room but the road and the view só so

I clearly don't live there, but they still refuse to refund me and claim that the reason is due to the intermediary. The intermediary contacted the hotel, but the hotel did not provide a refund. The waiter is too arrogant.

Overall stay was good

Room is big, very great breakfast, lots of choice!  Abdulaziz and Masrkhura are great, helped us a lot!

Everything is perfect at the hotel except for location.

The front desk team is very friendly, especially Maftuna (GRM guest relation manager). She solved the misunderstanding between the guest and the hotel

Very Bad experience I have been told that they will charge me two bedrooms for the night of 9.3.24 while I only made a booking for that night I booked 3 nights through you for 7.3 , 9.3 and 10.3 but only one bedroom. Would like to raise a complaint to you accordingly. Ramon Jove Pons.

Lovely hotel and breakfast good

Every thing is great , i say thanks to the politely team The one thing that is not great is the location because it's not too near to the centre but service, size of rooms and break fast is awesome
