The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with friendly and attentive staff who made my stay enjoyable. The hotel’s location was perfect—close to my meeting venue and within easy reach to Liberty square. The room was comfortable, and the overall ambiance had a charming boutique feel.

We were so well looked after by George and his team including excellent communication before we arrived. Breakfast was wonderful and a great example of Georgian food. Our room was spacious and comfortable. There was always someone on hand for advice. We also were given a guided tour of Sololaki by Natalie which was astonishingly good. Georgians are rightly very proud of their country and the Communal Hotel did Georgia proud. We will remember our stay for a very long time.

Communal Sololaki was such a gem. Situated in a safe, fun part of Sololaki neighborhood, we enjoyed spending time just walking around the area as well as relaxing on their porch. In fact, of all the places we stayed in Tbilisi, we spent the most time just hanging out at Communal because it was so inviting. Also, oh my gosh ALSO, the breakfast. Holy mother I’ve never had a breakfast experience like this, the stay is worth that alone. The staff were so nice they became friends by the time we left. Such a special place and a beautiful introduction to Tbilisi.

We stayed at the Communal Hotel Sololaki in Tbilisi last December, and I can't recommend it enough! This boutique hotel is truly a hidden gem. Its location is perfect—nestled in a safe, charming neighborhood just a 10-minute walk from the city center, yet surrounded by cozy cafés and delightful restaurants. Every detail in the rooms and throughout the hotel is thoughtfully curated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The Christmas decorations added an extra touch of magic, making our stay even more special. The hospitality was outstanding, with George at the reception going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. He was incredibly kind and professional, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was another highlight—beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. It felt like a home-cooked meal, yet with the elegance and care of a high-end hotel. A special thank you to the lovely lady who prepared it (apologies for not remembering her name). Without a doubt, I would highly recommend this hotel and will be staying here again on our next visit to Tbilisi!

Communal Sololaki Hotel is a beautiful small hotel in a unique and interesting district of Tbilisi. The hotel har a nice atmosphere, with friendly and helpful staf, here I have to mention George, who did a fantastic job with information, dissemination of knowledge and guided tours. I will return to Tbilisi in 2025, and Communal Sololaki will also then be "my safe plase" in the city ...

A beautifully designed boutique hotel with a bohemian and laidback vibe and a wonderful breakfast spread. Walking distance to the mother of Georgia, Liberty Square and Mtatsminda Funicular. Detailing of the rooms is spot on with well thought of utilities like Ear plugs, corkscrew, etc. Special shout out to George (Giorgi) who was warm, friendly, helpful and whips up a delicious Turkish Eggs!

My husband and I stayed at the Communal Hotel Soloaki for 5 nights at the beginning or our trip and one night at the end. We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was bountiful and delicious and it was so much fun to chat with other guests who were visiting from around the world. What make the stay perfect was the extraordinary hospitality of George, the front desk host, who went out of his way to offer suggestions for sightseeing and provide any guidance we needed.

We stayed in their beautifully decorated suites twice - at the beginning and end of our Georgia trip. You must try their delicious Georgian breakfast spread! The personnel are fantastic, especially the manager Tamar and our host George. I made a mistake with the reservation, and they very generously accommodated us by moving the dates without any extra charge. We will definitely be back :)
