Unfound Door – Design Hotel

此次格魯吉亞之行最喜歡的酒店！太值了！首先地理位置不錯，旁邊就是主幹道，不用擔心安全問題，其次服務特別好，每個人都很親切～會主動詢問我的需求。再來是房間，設計得太漂亮了！雖然是一百多年的老樓了，裏面卻別有洞天，早餐也非常非常好吃！在這睡了我最舒服的一覺

Unfound Door can be described as Unfound Gem. Located in a busy district but in an alleway, so all the noises of the city fade away. This hotel has style and feels like home. Probably bc it’s family operated. We travelled with a toddler and enjoyed our privacy on the thrid floor where we also had our breakfast. Highly reccomend to book your stay at Unfound Door with breakfast. You can order from the menu and it’s worth it. Staff was helpful, hotel had style and food was good, really good.

The hotel welcomed us with a nice note. You feel like you are in another time inside the hotel. Our room was clean, the hotel staff was attentive. Breakfast is not open buffet, but we were very pleased with the breakfast menu. The hotel is really quiet and there are markets, pharmacies, hospitals and currency exchange offices around it. It is far from the old town area but we liked staying in this area. We recommend you to stay at this hotel.

if you wanna experience the story of tbilis，you wanna feel the historic and beautiful paintings all along the way from entrance to the room door，you wannna live next to the main street，you must live unfound door. although you have nothing to do with no- elevator，but all is worthy to try.，most importantly the staffs here are so nice and patient、they give me warm and instant help when i need.Especially big thanks to the beauty-Terie！A memorable experience in unfound door

If passengers of the Titanic were asked to review their experience on the boat, they would leave two very different versions based on the timing. To sum it up, it was absolutely wonderful, until it wasn’t. Just as a main porpoise of the boat journey is to get from point A to point B, hotel porpoise is to get a guest a “good night sleep”. Everything else, like decor, location, restaurant, professional staff etc is always secondary. Our stay at the Unfound Door Hotel in the beginning of October 2024 was very similar to experience to the Titanic passengers, with two main differences, we survived and hotel is still in operation. Let’s dive straight into the “good night sleep” portion as everything else was well described in other reviews. As a temperature outside was in the 80F, air conditioning in the room was switched to heat and can’t be used to cool the room. There are no fans ( ceiling, floor, portable) in the room. Windows can be open but only with open shatters. But you don’t want to do it. There is a very powerful florescent street light right outside your window that will eliminate your room. Unless you want to recreate the experience of terrorist detention at the CIA dark sites, I would not advise to open the shatters. All this contributed to experience of the worst night of sleep I had in my 60+ years. And I had many bad nights , still this was the worst. It can only be compared to spending a night in the sauna or Inside shipping container. ( I never slept in either one , but that was how it felt). We moved out very next morning to Radisson Red hotel down the street. No refund was offered for remaining three nights. Besides this, everything else was excellent! If you are looking for a hotel with comfortable “good night sleep”, this one is not for you. If you want to check out cool decor , speak to friendly staff, have a tasty cocktail then by all means, book it!
