Nice, staff is helpful. Got supermarket right opposite.very convenient..

Location is convenient but room not really clean ,overall stay is ok

This hotel was so nice, staff were lovely and the room was really nice

The place is a bit far from the train station ,but the facilities are pretty good. At least the TV works for the children , also the bed is comfy and clean .

I will NOT recommend this place at all. Service is extremely bad. The inside of the building smells really old and moldy. My family itinerary is really jam packed that we need to leave very early morning to get to our destination,we politely requested for a replacement towel and he annoyingly gave me the angry face saying that they only provide during business hours. Ok fair enough but what about for thos travellers whose not in their premise the whole day??? How can we request for extra towels ? I then contacted Trip.com support, they told me that they have contacted the front desk .. i told them to just leave it inside the room but nothing happened!! We used our dirty and wet towels. Stay away from this place. It is also very far from train tracks!

We are a family of 4, kids aged 8 and 11, we are first time to visit Japan. We lived in six different hotels during our holiday in September 2023. We like to rank Flexstay Lidabashi as No. 1. We enjoyed its convenient&quiet location and kitchen facilities. The room itself is clean enough, the facility is old but quite clean. The supermarket is just across the street, opposite of our building. Great place for living for a short time. Best value for money.

優點: 30秒，可以到達對面超市非常方便 而且房間有電磁爐 可以提供煮食 (不過我們房間沒有任何爐具需要向reception租借) 方便有小朋友的家庭👍🏻 房間很大, 而且又有空氣清新機 房間冷氣很足夠👍🏻 而且距離新宿都很鄰近需要搭幾個捷運站 其中一個男員工英文很好👍🏻 缺點:房間清潔度真係需要改善 我們睡覺被有血跡😳😳😳😳😳 幸好我們自己有帶自備床單 地鐵站需要步行大約10分鐘以上 不是太近,不過年輕人沒有問題  總括，性價比算很高的👍🏻

Отличное расположение отеля, рядом станция метро, что позволяет быстро добраться до всех основных достопримечательностей Токио. Номер достаточно просторный для Японии, чистый, даже есть небольшой балкончик, кондиционер, телевизор, фен, чайник и чайные принадлежности, холодильник, сейф, универсальная зарядка для телефонов с китайкой вилкой (прям удобная вещь для европейских туристов). Номер хоть и небольшой, но есть все самое необходимое, все так компактно расположено, продумано, что чувствуешь себя очень комфортно

環境清靜，房間闊落，去地鐵站只需要行10分鐘左右，有4條地鐵路線，去邊都好方便 酒店對面就係超級市場，附近都有食店，酒店附近仲有個公園仔

酒店不錯，乾淨安靜，房間較大，配置較好。門前一家食品大超市，東西很多價格便宜。小缺點是離地鐵站有近一公里左右遠，需步行過去。推薦！

東京ドームでのライブの際に使用しました！ 寒かったからか思ったよりも遠く感じましたが、徒歩圏内なのはありがたいです！ロビーのスタッフの方はとても親切でした。
