This hostel is really clean. Good service. Kinda far to keisei ueno station but is so near to asakusa and skytree. I recommend to walk going to tokyo skytree

This hostel is beautiful, I absolutely love the down stairs common area! The sleeping rooms and bathrooms were very cosy and clean. Sadly, staying with so many people in the same room obviously has its down sides. I'm usually a very deep sleeper, but I barely got any sleep because my bed was right across the lockers and people would be opening their suitcases and packing right in front of my bed- unfortunately, at crazy times like 1am-4am. Once one person finished and went to sleep, another one would immediately start again. It almost drove me insane. That being said, I do not put that fault on the hostel or their staff, but I would recommend re-enforcing the rule that everyone should be quiet during the night. The location is alright if you don't mind walking a little while to get to a metro station (not super practical if you're walking with lots of luggage). There are several convenience stores nearby, and on the way to public transport which was quite practical. The staff was very sweet and super helpful! Because of how noisy it was in the rooms, I don't know if I would stay here again, but I would definitely consider it!

The attitude of a shorter female of their staff is rude and bad by saying “u can’t here anymore, u can use the locker at Ueno station for your luggage” to ask me leave after I normally checkout on time before 10:00am and temporarily want a short stay for planning and checking my later days of living place by using this app at their lobby. She seemed so impatient even I politely did tell her “I’m planning my later living place and will leave soon” and finally she ask me out before the noon. That first stay of here gives me so bad feeling for my first time to visit a so-called good reputation service state for tourists in Japan!

Unfortunately, I couldn’t stay in the hotel because I missed the Woman only requirement in Trip.com. I got there pretty last that day and without a single clue that I couldn’t stay here because I book a woman only capsule hotel. However, the lady staff who were there was immediately try her best to help me find another place to stay overnight. She was very nice and helpful, also she speak great English.

The staff is very helpful and polite! They are cleaned almost every day, cleanliness! I recommend it!

This booking was made for someone else. A friend told me that the experience was okay, but the space was a bit cramped. It wasn't quite like a capsule hotel; it felt more like a youth hostel with narrow entryways. The space was divided by curtains, and it was too hot inside the curtains but too cold outside. I had to leave a small gap to sleep comfortably, which was rather inconvenient.

Good for family friends and couples. Will definitely choose

The location is quite far from Ueno Station (all JR, metro and Keisei), you should take a taxi to the place when you arrive or check out is better than drag your luggages along the road (It costs around 600¥). The hostel also have the amenities such as body shower, shampoo, hair dryer, towel, toothbrush, shower cap. Be prepared to take your luggage by yourself there is no lift and as there is a shared room so there're definitely noisy from your mates.

Good capsule hotel, as usual in capsules hotel you have to hope that the neighbours are considerate, that was unfortunately not the case when I was there but it's not the hostel fault..
