Luxurious stay at 恒益堂 with butler service, thoughtful and detailed services provided by the staff, fine dining style breakfast, afternoon tea and super comfy bed. Definitely worth it fof the high quality stay here!

The Service was AMAZING! Everything was great, hotel room was clean, new and comfortable/cozy. The breakfast was delicious, fruit was delicious. The vibe fits the theme park perfectly. Had one of the best service/experience here.

Excellent services. Great and very unique hotel. Huge room. Great breakfast. The pond view has tree blockage and i don't think it's worth it.

We had a positively delightful experience at Hengyi in 乌镇 thanks to our butler, 格桑. He was attentive and meticulous in service both in anticipating our needs and in responding to our requests. More significantly, after he helped us to take a family portrait, he surprised us with a framed photo of the photo taken in under an hour. I was however disappointed to find a soiled towel in the bathroom but our butler quickly had them replaced by the service crew. Ask for 格桑when in your stay at Hengyi. We’d definitely be back to Hengyi at 乌镇！Highly recommend!!!

From the moment we enter the doors of the hotel, our Butler Mrs.竹君 brings us a warm welcome and personalized service that is second to none. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure me and my family every need is met. They go out of their way to provide genuine hospitality, making us feel like a VIP during out stay. It is highly recommended one of the best hotel in wu zheng.

Had a fabulous stay at this hotel. Booked for a night to celebrate an anniversary and the hotel was very sweet to upgrade us to a gorgeous huge unit. The personal butler Xiaochen made contact via wechat two days before my arrival and sorted everything for us - restaurant recommendations and reservations, and tours and boat trips and driving instructions and maps - and answered all my questions. During our stay, she and hotel manager Kevin were very attentive and most thoughtful, nothing was too much trouble at all. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with lots of choice. I particularly enjoyed their herbal sachet making activity. The evening turndown included a herbal foot bath which was very much appreciated after a long day of walking. All in all, a most enjoyable stay. Will return.

非常愉快的一次旅行！剛進入假期副本，我的NPC管家已在停車場等候多時，手裡拿着提前辦好的門票。 本來訂的二樓房間，到店後看到有長者同行，前台立馬給免費升級成了一樓帶院子的房間，各項服務都非常貼心！ 環境鬧中取靜，出門即是西柵各網紅打卡地，吃喝玩樂十分方便；酒店設施齊全細節到位，衞生程度無可挑剔！晚上還為我們準備了中葯養生泡腳桶和熱水，服務可謂面面俱到。 重點是早餐，明明説好的瘦身養生套餐，卻給我們上了這麼一大桌精緻又美味的食物，吃不完根本吃不完！ 特別感謝我的管家範家輝，人帥心善笑容燦爛，下次一定會再來！

服務：入住前一天添加了管家微信，到烏鎮後由管家接進烏鎮（入住贈送西柵門票）。坐船到酒店的體驗感非常棒！到了酒店後在管家幫助登記入住訊息時還提供了茶水和小食，很貼心。 環境：訂的獨棟二居室帶一個小小花園，非常的古樸典雅，兩居室也有單獨的門卡，非常適合家庭或朋友一起來，既可以一起玩又做到了晚上互不打擾。一樓還有一個很大的客廳及轉盤餐桌可以在裏面吃飯。 衞生：房間也是又大又乾淨！ 設施：充電也有usb直插，很簡便！浴室的淋浴水也很大，還有浴缸可以泡澡，還準備了泡澡的一次性浴缸套和浴鹽。娃玩的很開心！ 其他：贈送了木心美術館的門票；到哪裡都可以坐免費的接駁車去；第二天早餐贈送了在船上吃，35分鐘左右，也算是一次很獨特的體驗😊。 特別感謝：管家羅勒給我提前發送的烏鎮旅遊攻略及到酒店後細緻的服務！（下午茶及晚上的泡腳服務都很舒心，最後還給我們全家拍了合照打印出來放在美美的木質相框裏，送了好喝的伴手禮） 媽媽和娃都説是一次非常完美的住宿體驗！

年度最佳酒店！雖然週末短暫出遊衹住了一天，但確實是個大驚喜。 服務：小范管家非常貼心，提前在景區停車場等候，全程事無鉅細有求必應，還幫我們規劃行程，除了秋梨膏還給準備了桃膠雪梨，非常棒的管家體驗。酒店內的工作人員都是俊男靚女，全程笑臉相迎，對孩子特別友好熱情。 環境：中葯館老房改造的酒店，保留了老建築的古樸風格，處處是景色。酒店內部很新，兩居室剛好適合一家人住，房間內還有兩個小天井，景緻美妙。

簡直太棒了吧！不管是入住專屬停車場還有管家接送，還是配備的獨享手搖船，還有好喝的秋梨茶，養生的泡腳桶！最重要的是，早餐可以送到房間，簡直是睡懶覺星人最好的選擇！南星美女很熱情，大冷天的晚上來接我們，預訂餐廳也很好。

這間酒店就是驚喜驚喜再驚喜，無論是設計，裝修用材，歷史，服務，客人體驗都是很到位，是六星級的質素。説到服務和一班管家，前台和接待，他們無論是外觀和態度都是很專業，當然要贊一下我們的管家小劉，他很懂得一個管家要做的工作，把我們的疑問和所有事情安排妥當，一點都不用我們操心，還有整個團隊一樣很貼心。總言之這個酒店所有事物都超出我們的意料。不説那麼多，就要自己去體驗，因為絕對是驚喜，我們一定會再來。👍👍👍
