Owa Lodge Areguling

The best experience we have had on Lombok, the rooms and bathrooms are spacious, well design and comfortable. The restaurant on site has an amazing menu of home made dishes, the best local food we tried. The lodge also offers a unique outdoor spa and massage experience with affordable prices. The lodge is perfectly located, between all the beach around to explore, and they offer all the services needed for your stay from scooter rental from locals to laundry services and tips on the area. We only wished we could stay longer!

Our plan for 2 nights at Owa Lodge soon turned into 7 as it was hard for us to find a reason to leave! A beautiful property surrounded by palm trees and 1/4 mile or less from an equally beautiful, quiet beach with a good surf spot out in front. Helpful staff (even brought a mosquito net when asked), good food, and 10 min scooter ride to kuta and several other beaches better suited for swimming and beginner surfers close by. It is in a more rural area so expect to need a driver or scooter to get around and dont be surprised by the occasional insects or geckos in your room. Overall a great experience... Truly paradise.

If you want to spend a cool and quite stay in Lombock , a bit away from Kuta and its crowded atmosphere, without being bothered by phone nor web... If you want to enjoy good and fresh food, nice staff and great landscape..don't miss that place!! Space rooms nicely decorated, pool located in a beautiful garden..everything there is made to make your stay unique....

We actually did not stay at Owa Lodge but we stayed at their private villa (Gudea living) which is part of the same facility. I would highly recommend staying at that villa if you’re in a big group of people as it has very spacious clean rooms, a private pool and kitchen. We were 5 couples that stayed there and we had an absolute blast. The staff were super friendly and also provided us with daily housekeeping. There was also a variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner options available to us. If staying there we recommend booking motorbikes through the property as it’s the best way to get around to the beach and also the various towns and restaurants.

It was a dream to stay there. We extended multiple times and even came back after a round trip around Lombok. Beautiful place with lovely people! 100 % recommend it! The view is wonderful and the beach is 2 minutes walk away You should rent some scooters to go around, otherwise it can be tricky.

We had a wonderful time at owa longe. Well suited for families, couples and groups of friends. The place is remote and in front of a beautiful field of buffalo that takes you to the beach. You immediatly slow down and relax when you arrive. Areguling was by far the best surf spot of the trip. I can see some people complaining about the road and the place being rustic. But that is non sense. Areguling is more remote in comparison to kuta and you will enjoy that. However, still very close if you would like to go for a drive. And this place is by far the best option in areguling. The staff is so friendly and so is the family that owns the place. The pool is actually refreshing, temperature wise ( not comon over here). The food is delicious. Very local and delicate with lots of fish, not heavy and greasy like other places. We tried everything on the menu and loved it. We had a wonderful Christmas feast organised by them. The whole vibe of the place is very cosy and friendly. By far the best hotel out of the 3 we stayed. We cannot wait to go back
