Service needs significant improvement. Received a Whats App message from a hotel contact to reach out for any assistance. However, when I reached out, there was ZERO response and interest in my request to extend the stay for another day. Worst part is employee's excuse for not responding was that her shift was over. Secondly, being very close a highway, and hotel not investing in noise insulation engineering, all night there were loud traffic noises which were loud inside the room. I would NOT stay at this hotel again.

Always good our second time i lost my wallet somewhere but I got it back i forgot that for 24 h but i got it back that's wonderful hotel ☺️

Best Business class hotel in vijayawada with beautiful ambience and Huge Rooms. Cleanliness of the Rooms was topnotcher. The service of the Housekeeping MR. Tamzim and shiva was very fast and they are very easy to aproch for any assistant even in the midnight. Vasant was very helpful with my directions and explaining the locations.

Awesome food, awesome gesture by the staff, awesome rooms, best services, worth each and every penny.Today meet chef amrita and prasant and chef kumar give nice food. Mr rasid and soumen give nice service.chef annoy give nice pancake ....

Where should i start..! This is an amazing place to stay. I stayed here 3 times during my 4week trip to india. I also had a 4year old kid with me. There are so many people who greeted me and served me the way i wanted if not beyond. Let’s start with Govind because he received me all three times. Such a great guy with always smile on his face. I would love to have him for every visit. Front desk staff are great especially Karishma if i am not wrong! Khashif from kitchen team, a guy you should have during your stay. Always helpful with in minutes. Rakesh and deepak from cleaning staff, great people. Chefs need a special mention for great food, mutton ghee roast is . Such a great team these guys are. Can’t thank them enough for taking good care of me and my kid. ❤️ Ill see you all again during my next stay.

It’s a great place to stay. Nice rooms , well maintained pools and staffs are friendly. Meals were tasty, especially Chef hasnain was so nice to our group, he was so friendly and would chat with us and finally became our friend. Overall good experience.

It was a grate experience with wonderfull hospitality shown by the all staff was amazing from the check-in to checkout everything was grate The breakfast was wonderfull and the service was amazing. The location was too easy to go for railway station and busstop. The cleanliness of the rooms was very well maintained and the towels pillows are soo fluffy and the smell also soo refreshment. The leaf art made by housekeeping team was very apritiative work ( Thanks to mehabooba ) Tmy special thanks to Tamzim and sudha for taking special care of us while our stay and always there for our need and requests

It was my daughter's second birthday party that I wanted to host for my relatives, friends and colleagues. I went across numerous hotels across vijayawada , before selecting Lemon Tree Premier, Vijayawada. The party went absolutely fantastic thanks to your great organisation. I am really happy with the services of Ms. Sesha and her team. Initially we planned event in open air Tangerine Terrace Garden which is located on 7th floor, Even-though it was a last minute confirmation from us, ur team has prompltly shifted the event from Tangerine Terrace to Indoors (Tangerine 1,2,3) owing to wet weather conditions. Big Thanks to Ms. sesha for being through professional and making the event successful. Master Chef (Teja) and his team sat with me to for finalising the menu. The food was delicious and well appreciated by our guests, specially the Mutton Biriyani. Big Thanks to Teja(Master Chef) for making delicious homemade style food, your food tastes like love on a plate. For the sitting arrangement, food layout and decoration during the Birthday party, the F&B Team and the Sales team coordinated well. Right from the table cloth till the bows, everything was arranged well. They arranged for round tables for cluster sitting arrangement as demanded by us. Thanks to F&B team (Kumar). We really enjoyed ourselves.It was overall an excellent venue, gracious staff and great customer service. Thanks, I would recommend you guys wholeheartedly !!! We would definitely plan another party here.

I recently had the pleasure of celebrating my mother’s birthday at Lemon Tree Hotel, Vijayawada, and I must give a special shoutout to Rojalin for making the event truly memorable. Despite being informed on very short notice, Rojalin went above and beyond to arrange a beautiful celebration at their restaurant. Thank you, Rojalin,and the entire team at Lemon Tree Hotel, for your outstanding service and for making my mother’s birthday celebration one to remember!

Good service provided by Housekeeping staff Sudha,Sasi,and Nazeer were asked our preferred supplies,overall room and areas cleaning good and cleanliness is nice , perfect place to enjoy with family or friends ,thank you lemon tree hotels Vijayawada for best services

Stay was excellent- We had a premium room for 3 days, enjoyed throughout the stay Coming to food, it was very good Cheff hasnain was very friendly and polite . We had stayed for 3 days due to some business meeting Awesome stay!! Recommended for everyone
