Overall my stay was good - the hotel is well located, and has many options for food and necessities. The room was ok - bed linens were worn, the usb outlet by the desk didn’t work, but overall everything was clean and pleasant. I found the shower water handle a nice touch - you can start the shower and control water temperature on the side, without getting in. I had an unpleasant experience at the front desk - I was given misinformation by a clerk at check in, and even I asked about the charges, I was given incredible attitude by another clerk. At 700 a night, I expected better treatment. I spoke with the manager and they resolved my issue, however it took more time than I anticipated from my schedule.

It is a good location to access the convention center and the Metro station.

Vacation to Washington DC, and booking a room at this hotel really helped my trip. The place is clean, the staff is also friendly.

Charged me twice for the booking and non responsive holding nearly $2500. Poor attitude from front desk and lied to me about things

華盛頓市區的酒店很方便。旁邊有一家蘋果店。可以走路或打車就可以到美國的白宮方尖碑。酒店鬧鐘取靜一層是個酒吧。有免費的洗衣房。健身房體驗了一下也不錯，有兩層的。

위치도 좋고 객실도 괜찮은 편입니다. 다만 checkout시 destination fee이 무엇인지대해 물어보니(공손한 질문이었습니다) 리셉션의 흑인 여성분께서 굉장히 무례한 태도로 원래 포함된거고, 너 예약할때 안읽었냐며 저와 남편에게 화를 내서 당황스러웠습니다. 다른 남자분이 오셔서 설명해주러 궁금증은 풀렸지만 그날 여행에 기분이 좋지 않았습니다. 전날 매리엇 계열 다른 호텔은 무척 친절해서 더 대비디었고 여태 미국 호텔 이용 중 이런 경험은 처음이라 인종차별로 받아들여졌습니다. 다시는 이용하지 않을껍니다.

這家酒店一言難盡，因為是臨時晚上訂的，直接到前台説沒有房間，但我在攜程上訂到了，房間WiFi要收費，前台找了半天，服務非常不好，在攜程上已經全額付款,3天還收了750刀的預授權，我同時又定了一間，前台一直説滿房，後來到夜裡快12點和攜程聯繫，攜程説一定有房,因為酒店已經收費了，後來又下樓找酒店，換了一個前台工作人員，態度特別好，幫我們開好了房間。 酒店因為疫情期間取消了自助早餐，現在改為自己在網上點餐，每單會收一個6刀的送餐費，早餐分量很多，還不錯。 因為我們出門晚，第一天沒有打掃衞生，説是每天7-8打掃衞生，走的時候打電話給前台就會來打掃，第二天出門打了前台電話，前台抱怨説為什麼我們這麼晚出門。

lobby不錯，很大氣。這個酒店很多政客住，很DC哈哈。但是房間內部普普通通中規中矩吧，美國酒店普遍很一般，不如國內同等級的。
