The resort is a very old property, bathroom was leaking from roof and was having very stinky smell , no proper doormats , unhygienic towels , play area is almost damaged which cannot be used , swimming pool was pathetic with carpet opening up from the floor and was not safe to be used by children…

Great location..well maintained cottages..great property with lush green cultivation however they need to work really hard on managing the restaurant..very minimal options and very generic cooking..apart from food this is a great place to stay.

Very tasty food. Staff is friendly. Property is within a coffee estate. Cottage ambiance is very pleasant! it is located within 1km from main road. You can hear chirping sounds of birds and other insects sounds which is relaxing. Cottages have beautiful kerala style sit out where you can relax enjoying the beautiful nature sipping morning tea! only suggestion is to provide ramps for easy access to senior citizens.

Two years ago, I had positive experiences staying at Crescent multiple times, finding their service and amenities satisfactory. However, when I recommended it to a family member recently, their experience was disappointing. Despite the 2:00 pm check-in time, they had to wait until 4:30 pm, and the room was subpar, with an unclean bathroom and overall inadequate cleanliness. Additionally, they haven't recieved any better response on this issue from reception. Moreover, the pool water was dense with excessive chlorine, and there was a persistent smell from the front side of the room, possibly due to nearby mud pools. The only positive aspect was the breakfast. Overall, due to poor service and amenities, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone in the future.

It’s a good resort with good nature surrounding. Close to good restaurants, city centre and places to see like Wildlife century, Edakal Caves and other. You can enjoy with family. Need to improve on food preparation at evening to take orders after 7pm also. Resort is situated between mountains and its lovely place. God engagement activity things kept.

The location was very good, easily accessible from main road. Ample parking space. Very good staff. Food was also very nice. There were many activities and games indoor to play. We were greeted with welcome drink which was so refreshing. We booked premium cottage and it was very spacious. The only issue i faced was there was a snake right outside our cottage and it was very big one. Then he disappeared which made me so uncomfortable throughout our stay. Apart from that everything was great.

Lush greenery around the room, a nice place to relax with family. Food was okay not that great, variety can be increased. Any one lunch or dinner can be included for the price charged for stay

Rooms ambiance and size is perfect. Need to pay attention for cleaning. Need to fix on time deliveries of food. Environment is excellent. Lush green and fresh air all of the property.

The hotel has good outdoor setting but the rooms are very bad, not clean at all! i stayed in cottage the rooms were cramped up, half of the things mentioned inthe amenities were absent from the room! the washroom was not clean! overall i would rate the cottage rooms quality below average
