I never write reviews but here we go! Green mold on bedding, BLACK MOLD on bedding linner, mattress and shower. Some form of mold/rust in the fridge. Urine stains on bedding, bird poo stains on curtains, not vacuumed, cobwebs everywhere, dirty sink, sleeper couch had some interesting stains on it.....and BAD CUSTOMER SKILLS. So when we started settling in we first only noticed that it wasn't vacuumed and a bit unpleasant but we were fine with it. When we were going to bed we noticed the stains on the bedding and started pulling it of little by little until we found the liner with black mold. When we called him to say we were a bit unhappy with the dirty sheets he got mad ... at us! He said "fine come pick your own linin but there isn't much to pick from". Best thing is we weren't even really upset at this point but when we gently and quietly told him we found all types if mold and we were not happy he yelled and said "no no no". He told us to wait even though we said we just want a refund and we will leave. He put us in another cabin and still not what we asked for as there is 5 of us and only 4 beds. We tool it because he was so mad and not ready to talk. When we finally settled in (still finding black mold in shower and some kind if rust and mold in fridge) we noticed that this was THE ONE WE BOOKED IN THE FIRST PLACE! It was not much better but definitely beats moldy bedding and beds. We were so upset that he gave us the wrong worse cabin while he had the good one just sitting there. Up side to it all is that he had complimentary tea and smelly towels and some toilet paper😊
