The cost is worthy of the location and services provided by hotel, service is good, very clean and silent room, just the elevator is slow hahahah , anyway I would give 9.5/10. By the way, I wasn’t provided the room card as they said their system got malfunctioned so I think it’s not their fault, machines are unpredictable… thank you for making my second night in Xi’an comfortable after my earlier night disastrous stay at another hotel.

The OrangeHao Hotel is a solid mid-range option with a great location near Line 2 metro, the South Gate entrance, and the Bell Tower area. The staff were helpful, and the service was excellent. They even provide free bottled water at the front desk if you run out! Like another user mentioned, the hotel name isn’t obvious since it shares a lobby with another business, but just trust your Apple Maps location—it’s easy enough to find from the roadside. The only thing I missing was a fridge; I like my water chilled 😎. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The hotel is ok but not more. The staff is very polite and they try their very best to provide a good service.

The hotel has a great location, close to the Drum Tower. On the last day, we experienced the upgraded panoramic suite, which was excellent. It's also near the popular photo spot at Yongning Gate.

Great place to stay. So close to the parks around city wall. Do make sure to do that. Staff very helpful. The tang le palace dance spectacle is excellent too.
