Very polite and helpful staff. The hotel is also very conveniently located at the Zhonglou Station. Lots of eateries around, near a lot of attractions.

There is a smoking smell around the walk way.

Good hotel with great location near waterfront and historical buildings. Room was clean and cozy. Hotel is designed in the modern style. I liked the atmosphere. Thanks!

I found the hotel stay quite comfortable. The location to the local shops and metro was very convenient. All essentials and room were serviced daily. The daily breakfast, which i bought separately was of a high standard. The only negatives are there was no in room WiFi as stated in the amenities (this was provided by my previous hotel in Beijing in checkin). The other inconvenience is having to carry my heavy luggage up 20 steps from the Bell Tower metro station exit to reach the hotel entrance. As the hotel entrance is not directly in front of a driver pickup zone, I had to arrange for tour pickups from West street.

Excellent location, after we found it (it really is tucked away, even the taxi driver struggled). The staff were helpful and friendly.
The lift did absolutely stink of rotting and mould, so we avoided that, luckily we were only on the 2nd floor.

Good location.
No refrigerator.
Don't expect too much for breakfast. The only meat served is dry chicken.
No supermarket nearby, only small convenient store.
