Staff were super friendly and accommodating, despite not speaking English. They upgraded my room to one with a window and helped when I had questions. Only warning is that the hotel room did smell like cigarettes which did not bother me as a smoker. Otherwise a great option in Xian in a good location.

This hotel is a perfect location for those who need to travel by train. It is literally opposite Xi’an’s train station square. The room was clean and comfortable and such excellent value. It is also next to the metro.

Good hotel for a night, it’s next to Xi’an trainstation. It’s not close to the tourists spots in Xi’an. But comfortable bed and clean room

We stayed here quick overnight stop before catching the train from Xi'an station. We were upgraded to a nicer room and the room was comfortable and decent.

Booked for a second night as I like the close proximity to the Xian subway station and the convenience of finding food in the vicinity. Room is good except for the cigarette smell which they will rectify by changing your room subject to availability. Reception and housekeeping staff are pleasant and helpful and make you feel welcomed. Thank you for your kind hospitality.

Perfect location just in front of the train station. Area slightly touristy/train station-ish, but ok.
Rooms are very nice, clean, chairs etc. Beautiful lobby.
Only one bag of green tea and one bag of black tea. Some coffee would have been nice.

The location was convenient with Metro lines and a train station nearby. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores on the street.
The room was spacious and the bed was really big and comfortable .
