Xiamen Shanshui Lijing Hotel (SM City Plaza)

First time stay at this hotel. location good ,,, room big and clean, the staff was polite. during my stay at room 8018. one incident happened need to expressed i was trap at the bath room almost 20mins. the bath room glass door cannot open by inside due to rusty trail , then i try to call using the emergency phone inside the bath room . it was useless, because the phone spoil , lucky finally i managed to force open it . then i try to use bedroom phone to let the front desk know about the incident . the phone in the room was spoil too. it was so unsafe , because emergency phone is for emergency use , it fail during emergency. with this incident , my feel was hotel housekeeping dept was useless, never do their job , or never checked and maintain all room each day or periodically.

Less than 200m is the big SM mall. Got free upgrade. Room no smoking smell. Decent and clean. Breakfast also good. There isn’t any convenience stall nearby hotel.

This hotel is very convenient to Philippines consulate and SM City Mall . The room is clean 🧼 and the service is excellent.
