The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely value for money.

Hotel staff are very helpful, offer good service with welcoming tea. Coffee(with coffee beans machine), water and tea are FOC. Washing machine is also FOC for use. Water pressure and temperature is good. We are very happy with this well-managed hotel.

Relaxed stay! In my opinion, the hotel has a great location. You can reach both the fish market and the Hulishan Fortress in a very short time by taxi. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet also offered a sufficient selection. Despite not speaking English, the staff were always very keen to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We will be back!

Hotel was excellent! Unfortunately our room wasn’t ready when we first arrived but the service recovery was excellent.

The room is large and well decorated in a pleasant minimalist style. The hotel is conveniently located near Jiangjunci subway station and a bus stop, making it easy to explore Xiamen. The staff is responsive, communication is easy. The bed is really comfortable, one of the most comfortable I tried on my trip. You have all the essentials like shower soap, towels, hairdryers, and water bottles available. There is room for improvement in the soundproofing, which is regrettable for a newly constructed building.

We like the dynamism, energy and proactiveness of the staff members in interacting and managing the needs of the travellers with the hotel. They are all well-trained, professional in their relational conduct with us when we requested help. The location of the hotel is very central, easy to move around with a mass rapid train station within very close proximity. The breakfast was great with good spread; the layout and atmosphere of the hotel are above our expectations.

The location is fantastic if you want to explore Xiamen. The hotel is very well equipped for the price. If you are a light sleeper be aware that the walls or in the thinner side. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and managed to help us even if we didn’t speak any Chinese.

We booked two rooms and checked in approximately 2pm after arriving at Xiamen international airport, however rooms were not ready yet. We waited for 30minutes. Though tired from the flight but were served with hot tea. There is a small play table for the children so the wait was manageable. Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable and the shower is great! I had a very good night sleep. The hotel provides supper as well. Breakfast was good too as it is our first time in xiamen, we got to taste some local food & ingredients were fresh! one of the best breakfasts i have had.

Location is convenient, subway is just next to hotel, breakfast selection is good. Hotel staff helpful, even offered us breakfast for 1 day when we asked to get it fir our stay. Strongly recommend this hotel. I'll book this hotel again.

All good, except the cleaning service team kept insisting on cleaning our room, even if we already rejected. And, once, they even entered our room, even we already put do not disturbed sign on the door.
