Super Hotel Yamagataeki Nishiguchi Natural Hot Springs recensioner

Nice and friendly staff, within 10 minutes walk from Yamagata Station. The natural public hot bath is small but nice and serves the purpose of relaxation. Limited choice of food served in breakfast but the food is nice. Free alcohol drinks during 6-9 pm. We selected a room with a loft bed, and if you use it you need to put the bed sheet yourself.

Environmental friendly. Free drink in evening 6-9pm. Quiet and clean room. Walk for 10 min from JR station. Service is good. Onsen is out of order.

The day we checked in, the onson was not provided as heater was broken. It was a huge disappointment as we just drove long hours from Tokyo and expected to rest in onson. If the hotel can suggest other onson place or provide vochur, it would be nice. But we asked and there was nothing. Breakfast was good. And the night bar was a special idea.

everything was good, the service was good, the reception was friendly and explained the hotel facilities in great detail, breakfast was delicious and the hotel was very clean. Next time I will stay here when I go to Yamagata .

飯店地點距山形車站約600公尺(須走經地下道方可抵達)，是車站附近唯一有泡湯池的飯店；另入住後櫃檯旁就有Welcome Bar，咖啡/飲料酒款齊全選擇多可喝到飽… 房間雖小但應有盡有，一樓還有住宿備品各類型枕頭可自行取用，另設有三組洗衣/烘衣機(各須100日圓)，對長期出遊的旅客來講真的很方便! 早餐樣式雖不多，但口味很道地，只供應到9點，8點半過後因用餐人就少了，故有些菜就沒再補(如麵包)，建議房客早點入座享用。

住宿的位置離車站，走路大概是10分鐘，遇到下雪就比較辛苦一點。看他有提供停車場，比較適合開車的人。 附近走路10分鐘也有一個大型超市，很方便。 男女湯分開來，不需要等時間很方便！很推 樓下有免費的bar跟小點心覺得很划算。

非常愉快的住宿行程，酒店服務一流，豐富早餐，酒店好大方地提供各種產品供客人使用，熱水咖啡冇限供應。值得一住的好酒店。會再訂購同集團的酒店。

早餐很豐盛。位置也不錯。衹是房間太小了。箱子都打不開。去的兩天很不巧，温泉設施壞掉了。沒用泡上温泉。也沒用任何補償。有點失落。

本來預訂的是24平方米房間，但酒店給的房間只有12平方米！跟酒店及相關平台商議後，我們無奈接受房間空間狹小，放不下兩個行李箱。泡湯的地方也非常細，無法好好享用。我們不會推薦這間酒店。

部屋はキレイで過ごしやすかったです。 フロントの対応もよく、柔軟にリクエストに答えてくれました。 しかし、食事会場改装の連絡が予約後に来たことは残念でした。朝食を売りにしているのにご飯はお弁当と言われ、内容も広告のものと全く別物で正直がっかりしました。 仕方ないにしてももう少し工夫が欲しかったです。
