Lihua Chen's Garden Hotel recensioner

We took a room with a view and it was absolutely worth it. The 20yuan mountain view was right outside the window and we could even enjoy it from the giant bathtub. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff was incredibly helpful and even drove us to the nearby village and the train station. We also got afternoon tea and snacks when we arrived and evening snacks every evening. All in all, an amazing stay.

I had a very pleasant stay. The English-speaking staff was extremely attentive and caring. The hotel sits right by the river, steps from the bamboo-boat wharf, and about 1.6 km from the ancient town - a lovely walk with nice views. I also enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea and the midnight snack. The free shuttle was quick, flexible, and very convenient for getting around and for transfers to and from the railway station. Highly recommended.

Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. Chartered car service arrives almost immediately upon calling. The food served during tea break and supper is really nice. We enjoy our stay here! Highly recommend!

This hotel is heaven on Earth. We have already traveled to many countries in the world and it's very hard to find a hotel with the same quality of service as this one. The room is super modern and has smart devices to open curtains, to light the bathroom, room, etc. We always had coffee, tea, refreshments and even desserts on this place. The staff is incredible, always helping us go to places or taking pictures of us or giving us food. It's incredible and I super recommend this place.

The hotel staff were super friendly and caring. Even when we were unwell, they took great care of us and helped with every request — truly heartwarming. The staff were extremely kind also offering a free pick up service from the high speed train station. Some of them can speak a good English and they did care about the me in every situation I experienced. Check in and check out we're both quick. The food was very tasty too. The room was spacious, well furnished and the bed was really comfortable.Also it was very quiet at night

Nice boutique hotel next to the river with very beautiful Mountain Views in the morning. This hotel provides free breakfast, tea and supper - plus free transportation to the train station n laundry as well. This place was renovated recently and has an automated bidets in their toilet as well. Awesome service by the hotel staff, special call out to Ms “xiao xiong” who took care of my entire family during our entire stay with travel advices and snacks too.

Excellent, Family-Friendly Hotel with Fantastic Staff We had a fantastic stay here. The staff were exceptionally warm and went out of their way to be helpful with our 7-month-old baby, proactively attending to any extra needs we might have had. They were also so helpful and wonderful in taking the baby when we needed help. This place is full is hospitality and kind people! The free laundry service and complimentary shuttle to the old town and train station were incredibly useful amenities that added great value to our trip. We highly recommend this hotel to other families and would not hesitate to book again.
