Very favorable location, near the cable car station. The railway station and bus station are walking, it is very close. The room is clean, the bed is very comfortable. Add a wardrobe, it would be good because there is no way to put your things.Girl on reception very friendly）

No towels, found lots of hairs in my duvet. The staff weren’t very helpful. The walls are super thin, could hear everything and anything whether it was outside or in the corridor. Didn’t feel safe leaving my belongings there at all

My stay at the Zhangjiajie hotel was truly delightful and great value for money. The location is superb, being conveniently close to the Tianmen Mountain Ropeway, Luckin Coffee, and McDonald's, making it easy to access local attractions and amenities. The room was nice, had a big bed for myself. The location is ideal at the bottom of Tianmenshan, close to the train station and the bus station. The people at the reception were quite cold but I could enter my room at 12 instead of 2 and store my luggage after checkout

Great location - close to the tianmen cable car and the bus station to Zhangjiajie national park. A lot of restaurant around and the hotel was easy to find. The staff were helpful. Only thing is maybe they should clean the room regularly and take the rubbish every day. In general, really recommended for Zhangjiajie.

The hotel was okay. It didn't have a western toilet which was disappointing. There was also no drinking water in the room.

The only good things I can say about this place are that it's cheap and close (＜10 minutes' walk) to the Tianmenshan cable car station. The place is old and not very well-taken care of; the furnishings look dubious; the bathroom is always wet; the reception service is lukewarm at best; the "luggage storage" is just an unguarded place under the stairs next to a pile of cardboard. There's definitely better hostels in the vicinity.
