Nvue Resorts Zhangjiajie recensioner

Thank you very much for our wonderful vacation! The views of Avatar montains from the pool and room balconies are magnificent and picturesque! The food was very tasty. The staff of the hotel is very friendly, kind and nice. They have always helped us with ticket booking and transfer and paid attention to our children. The place is so quite and relaxing and will always remain in our memory ♥️ Thanks a lot 😀

location near to zhangjiajie forest park but quite far from the city (around 20mins but still easy to find taxi). thumbs up to the services 👍🏻 everyone there is so helpful and very friendly. overall i would really recommend this place!

The Hotel was very magical, like out of a fairytale. The resort is 15 min away from the entrance to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The front desk was very helpful especially Tim. He speaks good English and helped me book Tianmen mountains and the other front desk also drove me there. The hospitality and breakfast was amazing. There are many foreigners that stay in this hotel aswell. The area is surreal and when it gets dark it also looks amazing.

The place and staff are nice, but everything is pretty basic. It works, but you will not be blown away.

Staff is wonderful! Close to park entrance. Breakfast good choices. I love swimming so was disappointed there was no water in advertised pool.

All good, great service but pool out of service. Unless the pool is important I still recommend it 5/5. The pool didn’t look to have been in service any time recently.

We had a wonderful stay and appreciated the calm area as well as the walking distance to the entrance gate of the forest park. The staff helped us with all our questions regarding the walking tours but also reacted immediately to our demands for the room (turn on heating, fresh towels etc). Lovely stay for a couple!

Service was excellent, very personable and they made you feel very much at home. Breakfast was tasty with a great mix of fruits, eggs and local produce. Great advice for walks in the National park.

Good view nice location to travel

I appreciated this hotel, particularly for the location, in front of the park with Tianzi Mountain. The room has been also good with the large terrace with bath tube. Last but not least the kindness of the people working there always available to give you advices for the places to visit as well as riding you directly to the entrance gate or the taxi stop.

Relaxing and cosy getaway in Zhangjiajie. We were very well looked after by Tim. Excellent stay!

I was amazed by the hotel! The service was amazing was outstanding! One guy speaks English and helped us throughout the weekend. I highly recommend this hotel, especially with a Mountain View Room!

Tim made our stay go very smoothly - he had tons of advice and was always on hand. The room was great and the pool and bath were very relaxing. The breakfasts were all the same, so bring snacks if you like variety. Apart from that, I couldn't fault it. Thanks for a great few days.
