Our family of five – one grandma, 80+years old, two adults and two teenagers, had a wonderful time at Huangguoshu (Yellow Fruit Tree) in Guizhou. Huangguoshu Waterfall is the largest waterfall in Asia, which is 67 meters high and 83.3 meters wide. The whole Huangguoshu scenic area comprised of 18 waterfalls, making it the world’s largest waterfall cluster. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The breakfast fried noodle was our favourite. After the daily adventurous outing to the national park, we enjoyed the nice shower and were able to sleep soundly at night, the room is clean and new, outside environment was peacefully quiet. On the day of departure, our self-pre-arranged transporter changed the vehicle from a 6-seater SUV to a 21 seater bus, which we rejected. Thankfully, the hotel manager helped to call up his transport contacts and was able to arrange a comfortable 6-seater vehicle to get us to Anshun Railway Station. The staff at the hotel are all local people, so they know the place and the people well. This boutique hotel is highly recommended. Our family of five bring back with us wonderful memories of our stay here. Here is something we liked about the room And facilities : - T.V. : Projection TV for family room, unique experience - Bath: strong water pressure, give good shower - Toilet: sensor self-flushing - Towels: single use bath towels and facial sheets, replenishable - washing machine: first time I stayed in the hotel provide in-room washing machine!! Is super convenient -Fruits complementary at the lobby: fresh from the farm peach , lychee, Chinese red bayberry (Myrica rubra, also called yangmei (simplified Chinese: 杨梅) -Transport: complementary transfer to and from hotel to Huangguoshu entrance, any timing

The location of this hotel is central, it’s a 5min walk to the community center where they host a show at 8pm, it’s a 5min walk to the main lookout spot for the village. The couple running this hotel is super friendly and informative. They offered complimentary rides to and from the high speed rail station so we didn’t have to take 2 busses to get to the village. One of the owners can even communicate in english. Our room was impeccably clean and, importantly, completely free of any smoke odor. Highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting this village.

Was a bit of a confusing experience. The elevator only went up to the third floor, but since our room was on the fourth floor, we had to walk up a flight of stairs every time. This was quite annoying since we had heavy luggage, and no help was offered by the staff. Only provides 1 room key per room so keep that in mind. The listing also advertises the double bed room to have a city view window but we did not have that. Also, the walls are quite thin so you can hear other people talking, walking, etc. Cool thing is this hotel has an indoor gym, as well as a patio for you to enjoy! They also provide tea and other small goodies in the lobby!

When contacting the hotel on trip.com the response was very fast and I was happy that someone can help me find the hotel on WeChat (in the end it was easy to find and I didn't necessarily need help but the hotel still confirmed I was heading in the right direction). The room and check in and check out etc, everything was perfect and the room was very clean, beautiful, comfortable and a very good location just opposite a big mall, a park and the white palace, and a very short ride to the airport. Lots of food on your doorstep. There is huge projector in the room to watch movies too and they have a communally kitchen, free laundry room, and a game station, and free coffee, tea and juice in the lobby.

we booked a room with a slide and it was really fun. there are instruments and calligraphy at the lobby and they are fun to play. they also provide free fruits, the lychees were really juicy and fresh. we had a bit of trouble with the washing machine but the staff helped us and it became a funny experience. the staff was very friendly and enthusiastic, he offered to drive us everytime we went out. even though we did not book for transport to the train station, they tried their best to find available cars, but the boss just drove us in the end because we were rushing to catch the train. even though we caused a lot of trouble for them, bro was still patient and helped us. 非常感谢了🙏！

這次入住全季酒店，體驗感真的超出預期。客房服務貼心周到，有求必應、響應及時，工作人員態度温和又專業，讓人倍感舒心。房間環境乾淨整潔、佈局温馨，舒適度拉滿，休息得特別好。一直以來，全季的品質都很穩定，從細節到整體都讓人安心放心，是出行住宿的優選，下次還會繼續選擇。

It's a highly recommended hotel!!! Nice and clean rooms, very good reception service and they pay attention to many small details! I used also the director's tea room table and set (very intelligent person)! You can have laundry yourself or have a rest in the special room after checkout (with the shower). Nice!!!

這次點評即是對酒店服務的評價，也是寫給工作人員的表揚信。此次入住貴酒店，我收穫了遠超預期的温暖體驗，每一位工作人員的貼心服務都讓我倍感關懷，由於離店的時候趕時間，沒來得及寫下紙質表揚信，特此點評寫下這封信表達由衷的感謝與讚美。 辦理入住時，我向小滿和歡喜兩位夥伴提及想要一間安靜的房間。兩位夥伴告知我預訂的房間是靠近馬路的，讓我驚喜的是，她們二話不説便主動為我升級了房型，幫我實現了“安靜入住”的心願，還貼心贈送了早餐券，這份主動與周到瞬間驅散了旅途的疲憊。 入住期間，晚班的雪月夥伴同樣讓我印象深刻。我擔心第二天起不來錯過早餐，她主動提出可以打包早餐送到房間，讓我無需為趕時間而焦慮，細節處盡顯暖心。小蔣夥伴的認真負責更讓我感動不已，我因個人原因點了多次外賣，他總能及時用機器人將外賣送到房間；在電話聯繫前台時，小蔣夥伴敏鋭地聽出我感冒了，不僅主動送來紅糖薑茶和白茶，還細心叮囑我多休息，這份細緻入微的關懷讓我倍感温暖。 清晨，小葡萄姐姐給我送早餐時，聽到我説話帶有鼻音，立刻關切地詢問是否需要幫忙燒熱水送到房間。還拿了很多白茶包（白茶有消炎作用）這份主動的關心沒有絲毫刻意，純粹又真誠，讓我感受到了家人般的温暖。辦理退房時，煥煥夥伴看到我退回未使用的早餐券，立刻關切地詢問是否因身體不適沒吃早餐，隨即為我遞來温水，還主動詢問帶瓶牛奶；離店後，她還特意告知我當地天氣變化，叮囑我注意保暖，這份離別時的牽掛更顯珍貴。 更讓我動容的是，貴酒店的服務温暖無處不在。就連保潔姐姐看到我準備乘坐電梯，都會主動幫忙按電梯並熱情問好，這份全員參與的服務意識，讓整個酒店都洋溢着温馨的氛圍。 此次入住，從入住到退房，從核心服務到細節關懷，貴酒店的每一位員工都展現出了極高的職業素養和服務熱情。他們用專業的服務、真誠的態度和細緻的關懷，讓我感受到了滿滿的善意與温暖。這樣有温度的酒店，值得每一位旅人選擇。 再次向貴酒店的全體員工表示誠摯的感謝！下次出行，我一定會再次選擇貴酒店，也會毫不猶豫地推薦給身邊的親友，讓更多人感受這份優質又暖心的服務！

The room is large and really nice, with an especially appreciated seating area close to the window. There are many restaurants around, and the hotel staff gives very good advice on where to have dinner. The only drawback was the smell of cigarette. In spite of a large ”no smoking” sign in the room, the smell was very pungent.

The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from West Yan’an Road metro and about 20-30 minutes from the Huaguoyuan area. There is a bus stop directly outside the hotel and a useful convenience store next door too. The staff were friendly and kept the place nice and clean. The room is a nice size with a large bed and good sized bathroom.
