Good service with shuttle bus to airport 24-7 every 30 minutes, with the driving time no longer than 5 minutes. Uber to Monseratta takes 20 minutes and around 30000 pesos

Staff were very helpful, and room is very nice. Don’t know if it’s the app, hotel, or the booking site but the communication is horrendous. I could not speak to anyone in regards to the passcode for the door, thankfully the security let me in as it was late at night but the AI messaging service is completely useless. Couldn’t message hotel and phone number didn’t work.

El hotel como tal es increíblemente limpio que el personal es muy amable, el desayuno podría mejorar y tener un poquito más de variedad, la atención de la personal si es de primera. Pero tengo que hacer unas anotaciones frente al lugar esto queda en un lugar llamado zona franca, que es una conglomerado de bodegas aduaneras, por esta razón a la entrada de este lugar hay un servicio de seguridad que es atendido por unos porteros muy groseros, es un fastidio tener que registrar cédula pasaporte cada vez que entras y sales y que los servicios de Taxi Uber no puedan entrar y tengan que registrarse también y uno no puede entrar con el transporte poniendo su seguridad en riesgo. Además son supremamente atrevidos retuvieron mi documento mientras verificaban que yo estaba en el hotel sabiendo que yo había acabado de salir y ya me habían recibido hacía menos de dos horas. Yo les recomendaría avisarle de estos inconvenientes a los huéspedes.

Poca amabilidad del personal su ubicación es buena pero al estar ala lado contrario. Hay q dar vueltas no cuenta con una entrada al hotel ya q es peatonal y sus vecinos no son agradables

El hotel esta muy cerca del aeropuerto en bogota, el personal es muy amable, cene en el restaurant y es bastante bueno y barato.
es un hotel simple, pero limpio y bien ubicado, perfecto para dormir mientras esperas una conexion.

My mom and my son stayed at this hotel they love it!! Is right next to the airport they have free transportation for the airport every 40 minutes the driver is very friendly and helpful. I rebooked the hotel again i recommended 100%

Very nice clean budget hotel as per prices.
Staff very helpful. Eventhough there was language barrier but some of them do speak else translator is always there.
Bit noisy i believe as its a budget hotel that suffice.
Close to Airport for a budget hotel highly recommeded.

KKamibellaOur experience was really disappointing, I paid in this platform the full price including taxes and the receptionist charged a double taxes saying was not hee Douro and hotel’s fault just law, here I’ll be adding the capture I took when I bought my service here and it said including taxes, she was so rude and also blaming me for don’t “understand”, read good , don’t understand I had to know they will be charging it , so unprofessional and gross with a client, I’ve been travelling for more than 10 years so try this platform and never had a bad experience till now, I recommend the hotel change their administrative staff they are not the people to treat with other humans. But I have to say the service staff I mean maids and the people in charge of breakfast were awesome, they would fix better in the reception they are so polite and clean, they k it how to respect other people. Gym is so basic but useful, breakfast so delicious, the fudge in the room was broken and no useful and nobody did nothing… last thing they referred my sisters iD, promised to deliver in the room and never did it so we had to go to claim it, this details from the receptionist, that rude woman and the unuseful manager too who said would be reviewing the reservation and who also said we have to claim to the website trip because was trip fault

MMileKruminaI stayed at this hotel with my mom. It’s really close to the airport and a few blocks from “El campin stadium” transmilenio station. Also a shopping mall is a few meters away. I stayed on a Wednesday so there wasn’t much music but I can see how it can be quite loud during the weekends as there are many clubs near by. The breakfast was good and the room was okay. I must say that this hotel feels more like a motel or bed and breakfast as it is extremely basic. No decorations or any living areas that are inviting so it’s good just for a night or two but not for a holiday. There isn’t any elevator and no men that can carry your luggage so my mom carried my suitcase up to the third floor and the receptionist and I carried the big luggage up to the room. The water pressure is great and the hotel has hot water. Also there is satellite tv with options in English and Spanish. I have no idea if the hotel staff speaks English or not as I speak spanish. Overall it was good as the area is safe and close to most places I wanted to go like Monserrate.

KKamibellaJag har alltid mått bra på det här hotellet, alla hade varit så snälla och respektfulla tills i dag 3 december 2023 vid avgången, när den vulgära och obehagliga mottagare inför ett misstag som vi inte gjorde, Hon sa att betalningen inte hade gjorts innan check in skulle ringa polisen. Den dag vi kom in frågade vi om betalningen hade gjorts och de sa ja. Vi föreslog att vi skulle få en länk, men de gjorde det inte för att göra det och gjorde det inte. Men den här killen var som en grönskare och skrek och räddade oss inför andra gäster som checkade ut. Hon är definitivt inte en person som kan behandla människor, hon känner inte av anständighet mindre kundvård. Det är uppenbart att på en reception måste finnas en effektiv och respektfull person, men denna dam har ingen anständighet eller utbildning. Jag vill också göra en speciell uppskattning till restaurangen Dyana som, om jag borde vara i receptionen, är den mest anständiga och vänliga personen. Alltid pendlar av allt och med all din karisma tar min 10/10, detta om det är kvalitet personliga, lika för Carlos han knappar som är full av vänlighet och effektivitet. Jag rekommenderar att du är mer effektiva att ge. Till dina kunder flera alternativ betalning, på en söndag fanns ingen som kunde aktivera en betalningslänk eller övervaka hotellets säkerhet.

RRafael Osorio5Q House Quinta Camacho hotel is a great option for travelers seeking a laid-back and budget-friendly hotel in Bogotá. The hotel offers spacious clean rooms, providing a comfortable place to rest after a day of exploring the city. It is located at Chapinero neighborhood not far from downtown, there are many restaurants, bars, coffees and discos at a walking distance. The staff are warm and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile.
The hotel has all the basic amenities such a rosy wash, shampoo, hair dryer, towels and breakfast included. The breakfast should be ordered ten minutes in advance for them to prepare and bring to your table. Everyday there is a different set breakfast that it is good considering the low cost of this hotel.
It is definitely a good value for money.

TThomasBGAmazing new studio, with excellent design and quality minimalistic furniture. Has everything one could feel in comfort - including a kitchenette and a washing machine, which I didn't need for my short stay, but for a longer stay would be great. Nice minimalistic bathroom with all that matters (a big shower head and nice toiletries). Modern lighting and controls, more than enough plugs around the room, great wifi too. Super comfortable bed, everything is sparkling clean (and quite new). This area of Bogota is very nice, clean and close to a park, not too crowded either. The only thing I didn't like was the slow check in and the little extra bureaucracy there, but I guess it's the government that sets those rules and the owners just need to follow them.
