Our couple stay was awesome at Radisson in GIFT city. Starting from first with Luggage carry to help desk to restaurant to rooms to room service to staff, everything was a very good experience. Very co-operative staff. Special thanks to Help desk staff and restaurant Chef for making our food taste superb.
Manager Ashok was the best. We had a few issues with transport and he helped us with it quickly and efficiently. He also gave us good suggestions on where to go and get certain things we were looking for. F&B staff, security were all friendly and great too. Location very central to the textile markets.
Sorry to say these but this should help to correct and offer better service. No wi-fi throughout the stay. The tea kettle nose was damaged. Shower sliding door I could not pull to close, Wardrobe magnet was so tight and opening was not smooth or easy). The ceramic cup and glass - both the designs were not good and comfortable to handle. I could see one cockroach(four pics but same cockroach). Interior design looked different(aesthetic?) but a few like door frame design, bed head board, bed side table (the very old model intercom was kept amost at floor level) were causing discomfort. I feel may be maintenance like polishing, repainting needed.
Stay was very nice and comfortable services are so friendly...especially in in front office ms. Abhilipsa was amazing she was litterally nice front office staff , her behaviour is so nice ms. Location and food is good. Basically, it is an old hotel, need for an upgrade. Air conditioning in my room was very noisy, hence slept with out turning on the air conditioning.
The food was very good. Breakfast had limited options but tasted good. We were travel-ling with a 5 month old infant and on asking a crib they gave a jhula which needless to say was uncomfortable for the baby. The hotel room bed size could have been bigger. The approach road to the click hotel bhuj was not very good. The hotel looks new. Over all would recommend the stay in the hotel.

GGästanvändareIt was a good stay for the money charged. The front desk was very helpful and courteous. They provided me with the option for booking uber without charging anything extra. I required extra water bottle at night. They provided the same was good. Rooms were clean and neat and were made good.
