Hotell med 3-stjärniga i Piemonte, Italien

It was a very lovely little hotel situated close to the central train station and was located within walking distance of most tourist attractions. Although the hotel itself and my room looked dated, the hotel and my hotel room were yet very clean, comfortable and cosy. The included breakfast was well worth the price and scale of this hotel. Overall highly recommended.

Detta hotell har ett mycket bra läge bredvid stationen Porta Nuova. Det är *mycket* old school och påminner mig om att resa på 80-talet, men på ett bra sätt. Personalen är genuin och vänlig, och rummen är mysiga med kvalitetssängkläder, även om de är daterade. Amerikaner se upp: ingen AC (åtminstone i mitt rum), så du kommer inte att kunna bo där från mars till november.

I arrived the day all streets where cut for a cyclist event, so I had to park my car 3 km from the Hotel and walk through the forest to reach the Hotel with a 25 KG luggage. They never sent an email or even a call adverting about this. Also the restaurant service was pretty bad, I had dinner and the waiter was visible affected by alcohol compsumption, forgetting orders and even though charging me for a full menu when I just had a course. 30 Euro total. The food was pretty bad also. They also charged me 4.50 Euro for something they called a council tax. So definitely a bad experience, I´´never return to this Hotel

The hotel was nice and super clean, well situated, close to transport. The only problem is that they put the heat up really high. Looks like it’s a common heater for all rooms. We had about 40°C in our room and the bathroom. We asked to the front desk clerk if they could turn it off. They said they would but they didn’t. He had to sleep half naked and with both windows open because it was extremely hot inside the room. At the end of March I think it’s a little too much.

L'Hotel è collocato in una posizione eccellente, in centro ma al contempo vicino alla stazione.Il personale gentile e disponibile, la colazione varia sia salato che dolce, frutta fresca ed anche prodotti gluten free. L'unico neo che di notte per chi ha il sonno particolarmente leggero, è quello che potrebbe sentire il rumore dell'ascensore, ma naturalamente dipende dalla ubicazione della stanza. Per il resto tutto più che ottimo

Personale disponibile, scrupoloso e professionale. Ambiente carino. Ottimo parcheggio. Camere belle e pulite. Colazione abbondante e ricca. Ottimo Politica scorretta estremamente fallimentare e deludente la richiesta di 25€ extra al momento del check in (oltretutto non specificati in fase di prenotazione) per il soggiorno della seconda persona fermo restando ho espressamente prenotato (su Booking) una MATRIMONIALE PER DUE ADULTI !!!

Очень удобное местоположение, если приезжаете на автобусе или поезде из соседних городов на 1-2 дня. Недалеко автобусный и ж/д вокзалы. Номер стандартный, есть все, что нужно. Очень добрые и приветливые сотрудники! Что самое приятное - в отеле можно оставить багаж, если вы уезжаете из города вечером! Обязательно вернусь в этот отель, когда снова приеду в Турин! :)

The room was clean and tidy. There is a little bit of noise coming from the main road in front of the hotel. Good value for money
