We recently stayed at Hotel Doralba and found it to be a very good choice for visiting the famous ruins.
The property is very large and spacious, which is great for families. The highlight for us was the swimming pool area, which has a dedicated section for children and a separate, larger pool for adults.
Our room was cleaned daily and was always tidy and comfortable. For the price, we felt it offered excellent value.
A few important things to note for future guests:
· Location & Transportation: The hotel is within walking distance to the ruins(2km walk).
For Taxi, It is about a 5km drive away. We used a taxi which was readily available and cost 100 Mexican pesos for a one-way trip.
· Dining Options: Be aware that there are no restaurants or shopping centers near the hotel. At hotel you have very few option that also non veg.
As vegetarians, we were a little worried, but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. They even arranged to have extra vegetable dishes brought in from outside—a incredibly kind and thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated.
Suggestion: Do not forgot to bring your own extra food too.
Decent place, but the center rooms are really dark (might be good for some, but I like natural light). Staff was great but the rooms could be updated a bit. The dark wood and off white walls make it look a bit dirty, even though it is clean, especially with no sunlight in the room.
I absolutely love this place perfect location nice rooms hot water ac friendly staff everything is close by u go to the right there’s stores u go to the left there’s stores with. Great prices there’s lots of food nearby large waiting area. And once u leave they hold ur suitcase for u so u can finish shopping around n when ur ready to leave they help u get a cab I have no complaints

Excelente lugar, acogedor, buena comida y muy buen servicio. Transporte accesible !
Solo no me gustó que tienen piso regular en las duchas, estuve a punto de caerme y no tiene cintas anti deslizantes. Eso sería importante atenderlo.
Overall it was a great experience, the location was gold, very walkable and close to lots of cute cafes, restaurants and Avenida Chapultepec. The bed was really comfortable and the shower pressure was great. I loved that they had a sauna and pool, but the pool was a bit dirty one of the days I was there (though the day prior to that it was clean). The staff was incredibly helpful and the food was ok, thought a bit pricey. The ac worked wonderfully.
I could see myself returning!

GGästanvändareThe room was beautiful and clean, bed is comfy. I loved the view and the panorama windows. :) Coffee machine in the room and delicious complimentary coffee made my morning start in a good mood. It's on a busy street so cars are passing during the day with a bit of sound, but it didnt bother me much. Staff was very helpful and responsive. 10/10

GGästanvändareThe hotel was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. My unit was spacious and the bedroom was bright with sunlight, and I really appreciated having the mini fridge microwave and coffee machine. The suite was otherwise very lackluster - the walls were barren of any decorations and very little furniture. I really wish there was a workdesk for using my laptop, and a full body mirror for getting dressed for the evenings out. The water pressure to both the sink and the shower was very low, and upkeep was inconsistent - there was no toilet paper holder (it looks like it was broken off the wall and not replaced) and the suite door didn't open fully before scraping against the floor. The hotel itself lacks any even basic amenities such as a lounge space. It looks like it was intended to have a rooftop patio but instead that area is unfinished and used by the staff for storage and laundry. My biggest complaint is actually their guest hours of 9am to 9pm is very restrictive, which I didn't know about until I checked in and would never have booked here if I knew that rule existed. I tried to bring a couple of guys home from the club and the concierge wanted to charge me 300 for the second one.
If I need just a place to sleep I'll stay here again otherwise I wouldn't.
GGabrielaMedranoThe hotel is super close to the beach. I had one of those rooms where you can see the beach partially. The bed was good and big. The closet also big. I had balcony. There was no AC at the room but if you leave the AC from the living room ON and the fan ON the fresh air comes to your room too indeed. There is a big security box. The kitchen has cups, plates, silverware, wine opener, big fridge, coffee maker, pans, etc. They give you soap for dishes ONLY if you ask for it. Only one toilet paper in the bathroom. The room can be cleaned ONLY in the 3rd day after you arrived. There is a little room where you can put trash close to the stairs. I really got super annoyed internet could ONLY work in the room. So if you need internet in the balcony, living room or kitchen FORGET IT. As a solo traveler internet was very important to me because I needed to stay connected with people. All my phone data finished in the 2nd day at the beach. This hotel really need to work to fix this internet issue. It is not fun to be there alone with no internet during a super HOT day.
GGästanvändareOur room was 2 feet from the elevator in the main lobby! We can hear every single person talking and walking by our door as well as kids screaming because the ice cream shop was 15 feet away. The amount of pressure they are putting on every single guest to go and attend the timeshare promotion is unbelievable. If you attend, usually they give you some decent gifts. We get a $200 voucher to spend on the food and drinks. Most of the time they didn't want to take vouchers, or you had to spend the whole $50 at once because the rule was not money back. So if we spend $30 or $40 we have to give them $50. The food was everything but good. The promotional taco dinner was disgusting, with dry fish, beef with no flavor, and dry and overcooked chicken. And they didn't accept vouchers. I went back home with an unused $50 voucher in my pocket because I couldn't use it.
Ramon and Martin from the front desk were the nicest, warmest, and friendliest people I ever met.
All the servers and workers are very hard-working people.
GGabrielaMedranoI didn't take photos but I will give my review from my point of view as an experienced traveler. I think this hotel is very good. They clean your room every day, give you water every day, give you inroom coffee package every day (each one is for 4 cups and they have a coffee maker) they have a sofa, AC, security box, restaurant (you eat at the restaurant or order by phone) the toilet is big enough. Internet is okay. They have a big closet, a desk and a bar (like a long table) next to your bed so you can put whatever you want. They give you soap, shampoo and conditioner, towels, hot water. The hotel is clean, not noisy and the staff is friendly. It is already good but if you asked me what would you do to make it more than perfect, it would be to have a small fridge. Also next to the bed I didn't see a lot of plugs. But I was more than happy to stay there and I will stay again here. Thanks for your good service!
GGästanvändareWe arrived for our 10 day stay and at the check in we were informed that the Family pool was closed for renovations and that all guests were using the Adult Only Pool. (which is considerable smaller. Needless to say the pool was packed with children with water toys etc, jumping splashing ( having lots of fun) It was difficult to sit by the pool as all the chairs were taken very early in the day and getting into the pool to relax was not possible. If we had known we would have booked somewhere else as this really affected the enjoyment of our vacation. Also the front lobby staff tried to tell us on our last day lunch was not included. I showed them the email that you had sent. They were not very accommodating and reluctantly let us have lunch. Left a bitter taste
FFraybentoI always stay at The Cowork Hotel, and it never disappoints. The hotel is spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, perfect for both work and relaxation. The internet is fast and reliable, which is a must for me when working remotely. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to make sure guests are well taken care of. One of my favorite features is the hot tub, which is the perfect way to unwind after a long day. The location is also fantastic, close to everything you might need, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, it’s a great choice for both business and leisure stays!
QQweebGood location if you’re going to the airport, it’s only a six minute walk from your room to the terminal for departures. Very basic room it was small. The bathroom toilet wouldn’t stop running. The air conditioning Fan was very loud and every time it stopped it sounded like a metal on metal so if you were sleeping, it would wake you up, traffic noise from outside, facing the road was quite noticeable, so if you get a Road facing room, get it changed to the back of the hotel … you could even feel vibrations when heavy trucks went by so if you’re going to stay at this hotel, I would suggest you having earplugs for sure.
