Första gången som upplever brandarbete hela natten (hari raya är runt hörnet) i komfort i mitt rum på högsta nivå i hotellet - stor pluspunkt.Lyckligt med YouTube/Netflix på TV. Mysigt beläget över gatan från hiap joo och cirka 500m från komptar/jb stadsplats.Bort från folkmassan vid CIQ men med lätt tillgång till platsen också. Det finns ingen gratis WiFi där nere och kylskåpet tillåter inte att min iscreme stannar i sin fasta tillstånd.Aircon är inte den kallaste, men det finns en takfänare att böja med värme.Grundläggande toaletter tillhandahölls. Bedöm också hur personalen stationerades vid dörrstegen och gav en viss säkerhetsskäl, särskilt om det är sent på natten.

The room was clean, bright, and thoughtfully designed with a modern and elegant style. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was clean and functional, although it does not have a separate wet and dry area, it was still easy to use. The in-room amenities and tea/coffee area were neatly arranged, with coffee, tea, and bottled water provided. The location was excellent, making it very convenient to get anywhere. Overall, the stay was comfortable and relaxing, offering great value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again.

I stayed at Five Hotel primarily for the location, which is unbeatable. It’s an easy walk to the CIQ, major malls, and plenty of great eateries. If you just need a clean place to crash, it hits the basics. However, the room design left a lot to be desired. The space is very cramped, and the bathroom layout is questionable—there was no soap at the sink, and the shower screen is too small to contain the water, so the floor gets soaked. The biggest issue, though, is the noise. The walls are thin, and every time a door opens, a loud alarm sounds. If you have neighbors coming or going late at night or early in the morning, you will hear it. As a light sleeper, this was a major downside. It’s clean and functional, but I’ll likely look elsewhere for my next trip.

Good budget hotel for short stays. Room is small but clean and tidy. Basic facilities are sufficient for an overnight stay. Considering the very affordable price (SGD 35), it offers fair value. The only issue is that the soundproofing could be improved, as noise from outside the room can sometimes be heard. Would recommend for travelers who are looking for an affordable and convenient place to stay.

The hotel is very cosy and accessible to various places. We had a one night stay and we had managed to sleep very well on the comfy beds. The blackout curtains are so good for those who like to sleep with no light disturbance. The only strange feedback is that the toilet sink is pretty low ( at my knee height when I am only 1.64cm tall ) and the front desk has no idea why so.

This is my third time staying at this hotel, and I think this is where I should put a full stop. It’s time for me to look for a new hotel. During my first stay, I was upgraded to a suite, which gave me a very good impression. Unfortunately, this time the room I was given was very disappointing. The room was small and had no windows, which made the stay uncomfortable. Both of us even woke up the next morning with red, itchy marks on our legs. The bathroom lighting was very dim and not practical. Breakfast was exactly the same as before, with no improvement or changes. The only advantage is the convenient location, as there is a local food court behind the hotel where you can easily find good local food. However, early in the morning, when taking the lift to breakfast or during check-out, there was a strong smell of oily kitchen fumes, which was unpleasant. Overall, this stay did not meet my expectations, and I will be considering other accommodation options in the future.

For the price that I am paying, I would say this hotel is definitely worth it. Many eateries and massage places around the hotel. Soundproofing is not the best but it didn't really affect me. 2 wishes I have are firmer pillows and self service laundry facilities. Other than that, I am happy with the stay.

The hotel room is clean, and the reception staff provide friendly and helpful service. There are also many food shops within walking distance, which is very convenient. In addition, 99Mart and Watsons are located nearby, making it easy to buy daily necessities.

I stayed at this budget hotel and had a pleasant experience. The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable for a budget stay. The self check-in kiosk was very convenient and easy to use. The location is very strategic, with restaurants, kedai mamak, 99 Speedmart, and other food stalls all within walking distance. It made everything very convenient, especially for meals and daily needs. Overall, it’s a good value for money, and I would consider staying here again.
